Talk to your insurance broker before using cool room panelling. There is more suitable materials to use that won't make obtaining reasonably priced insurance difficult

I hadn't thought about that being a problem. Interesting. What's the reason that those panels make insurance more expensive? They're very common in commercial construction.

@@SuperHouseTV EPS is highly flammable, there is flame retardant products but it is significantly more expensive than the standard stuff. If used in a manufacturing operation like yours with any type of heat process you will find that if disclosed to the insurer many will either not be able to provide a quote or the premium will be loaded significantly.

It's really hard to get a sense of proportion when seeing things on screen. When I stand in the space I alternative between thinking it seems huge and that it's too small. When I look at the video, the coolroom area seems very small. Standing in it feels big.

I think Laughlin would appreciate if you didn't run a semi into his door, rather that if you need to put a semi in there that you lift the door. Was that him in the video?
