I have used those bladers many times. Found out once the clog is free take it off and then let the water flow from the hose for 2-3 mins to ensure all debris is pushed out of the line.
Be careful not to exceed 80 psi as the bladder will separate from the hose fitting. Happened to me and now the bladder is in our sewer line. Will need to rent a drain auger.

No, I only used a drain cleaning bladder. The blue stuff is washing detergent.
