Love the fact that when you took the first bite of the burger all the toppings actually stayed in place. Not a single thing fell off. Very hard to come by

This is an underrated characteristic that REALLY matters when it comes to a good burger. That bitch looked good af too. Bar/Restaurant burgers are definitely on a different level.
@@XclusiveTwigg for sure hands down. When you want a designer burger they have certain bars for that, if you want a nice down-home burger there’s ones for that as well. Over the past 10 years bars have really elevated their food game to another level

Looks fire. I agree that mayo is a necessity on a good burger. I keep it simple with just cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo. You don't need anything else.

I had the ox tails and greens yesterday they were delicious. it's at the corner of delsea drive and new st. it is a bright yellow truck.

There's that perfect balance when it comes to many things, burgers is one of the examples. Half the thickness, double the American cheese like criss cross, mayo bottom, ketchup top, mustard somewhere, wherever you like it. Onions are wonderful as are the pickles. Oh, and a seeded bun, yes please🤗👍🌻
At least you were able to enjoy a pint of draft beer with the pickles and peppers 🌶 on the side.

That's exactly how I make my burgers at home, and I've even been convinced to add that mayo. I like 'em thick and juicy, probably because I was offered hockey puck burgers by an extended family member for years and had to defer and make my own. Passed Krug's so many times on my truck but never had time ta stop and park and enjoy. If you wanna taste the cheese, try asking if they have provolone or swiss or something with more flavor.
Loving the glasses! Delaware here..but I love a great burger lol. No onion or tomato & def no mayo for me.. You like mayo I despise it ! Ha ha. Weird thing I use to love pickles but after I had Covid it messed that up for me. Some things a year and 1/2 later still aren't normal..maybe one day it'll get better. It does look like a homemade burger. My husband makes a delicious burger, but we like queso on ours, it's a game changer

Have you ever had the burger at the Cassville Tavern in Jackson, New Jersey ??? It's about the best I've ever had. I was told they get a special blend of beef daily from a local butcher!!
Back in the early 70s I went to Krugs..the best shrimp/ Calamari with hot sauce and a frozen mug....OMG I wish for those days again.
They still sell them those days still exist relax 😂

The big pickle 😆. It looks JL only think is the bun broke up very easily. I prefer the bun to hold up a little better. I figured it would have got a better rate from you if it had the seasoning. That was my thought too was it was lacking seasoning.
Definitely don’t get short changed on that burger.
When it comes to burgers it's simple. Good quality beef made at desired temperature & fluffy/almost sweet buns. Doesn't need ANYTHING else other than a dribble of ketchup.
