I have the same problem. How did you get Varla to help you? I sent videos. They say it’s the brake rotors are bent

Yes they always want to say it's the brake rotors but it's absolutely not the case yes if you take the brake rotors off the noise will stop but the only reason the noise stops because you took them off. But what people can't seem to understand and process has nothing to do with the brakes at all it's the Hub bushing that is bad when the front tire wobbles left to right with the brake rotors off mind you the wobble left to right is what's causing the brakes to make noise if the bushing was correctly rained out there will be no noise in the brakes when you adjust your brakes. Look it's just like when you buy a new car and you're riding down the highway you don't have any vibrations from 10 to 40 miles an hour but once you hit about 50 miles an hour and above the vibration start you know why that's telling you that something's wrong you need a front end alignment. But at the end of the day varla will always tell you that all that's normal that's because they don't want to honor the warranty bottom line. Pegasus overall it's a great scooter but not without its problems.

Sounds like ur pads are rubbing the disc I had that same issue and was making same noise when I took it off the noise stop

Yea no its not the brakes the hub bushing is bad causing the front tire to wobble at high speeds and its causing the brake pads to rub they are brand new pads and they are adjusted perfectly the brakes are fine because of the Hub bushings are bad it's causing the front rotor to wobble making it seem like the brake pads need to be adjusted but that's not what it is what's causing all the problems is the bad bushing in the hub.

How did you get varla to help? I sent videos to them. The say I have bent brake rotors. I have vibration thumping sound when riding at high and low speeds. Both front and back motors.

Yes I had the same problem you're having it is not the motor it's the bushing that runs through your motor that the front bolts bushing is the issue the bushings bad that's why it causes vibrations. Varla support tried to tell me that it was normal I told varla it was absolutely not normal 4 vibrations at high speed I told him the only thing that causes that is bad bushings. So Varla finally gave in and sent me a new Hub motor again the motor was fine but you just can't change the bushing. Unfortunately you have to ask for a new front and rear hub motor and they're going to give you a very hard time about it. honestly they don't want to honor the warranty that's what it comes down to

@@chrisdudley8366 Thanks for the hot tip. Yeah I’ve been back-and-forth with emails getting nowhere. This is what I sent me.This is normal. First, when the shaft rotates, there is an eccentricity problem -- a swing of plus or minus 5 degrees left and right. After the tires are installed, this problem will be more obvious due to the wide tires. Therefore, in the process of riding, through the design of the handle or the speed to constantly self-correct, this swing can be counteracted, that is to say, it is negligible. I really appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention, and we will continue to improve our product.
