Which you think is better for its price? And the only thing that has stopped me from buying the varla is that some people say they do not respond to their guarantee.

Hello @ Krzof19310. First varla is a VERY good scooters company. Yes they do take a while to send parts. But they make VERY good scooters. I had a varla Pegasus. And I put 5000 miles on that scooter. And only had to replace the battery. And as far as Ausom Gallop scooter. It's a beast. I love the removal of battery quick connect for motor if need to change the tires. Dual motor 1200 watts. 42 mph top speed. If your asking me I would Go with Ausom Gallop scooter. Hands down. It's cheaper and better than the varla 2.0 . Hope that helps. 😁

@@chrisdudley8366 Yeah I’m leaning toward the ausom gallop, seems to be good quality build, the only concern that I have is that I’ve seen some reviews of the kukirin g3 pro that seems to be the same machine as the gallop, some people say that the quality is very poor and the motor stopped working within four months, and not responding to requests for warranty service. How many miles do you expect to have with the Ausom Gallop? How has been the warranty? Lastly where did you buy the gallop from. Sorry to bother you with so many questions. Thanks

Hello. Krzof19310. The G3pro is from the same factory. But just different brand. You can't allways believe what's on utube. They tell you half the story and the truth lies somewhere in the middle 😁. But with that being said. The Ausom Gallop scooter is top notch. And customer support is the best I ever dealt with. If I have a problem they Email me back by the morning. And the part is sent within the week. That is my experience with Ausom as a company. But it's up to you . As what scooter you would like to buy. Varla is a Good scooter company to. But just takes them A little longer to send parts. I have allmost 1000 miles on my Gallop so far and it's been Great other than the spring leaking oil. But Ausom took care of it right away. Hope that's helps.

Hello. Yes the shocks for some reason keeps giving me problems. But I will say Ausom is VERY good with sending me the parts. And the shoes are so my kickstand will not get scratch up. LOL.

Hey thanks for comment. I looked it's not the bearings. It's the hub bushings. So I asked Ausom if they can just send me new motor. It will be easier that way. The front tire is fine. No wobble at all. It's a very nice scooter. And I am happy with it. Things happen. But I will let you know the out come buddy.

Hello. Yes I do like it . It works Great. But it will hurt your battery long term if you fast charge it. But the one thing about this fast charger is can be adjusted from 1 to 5 amps. So as long as you do not allways charge it at 5 amps you will be fine with it. Hope that helps.

Yes rev rides took care of me. I have a two year warranty. That covers anything that goes wrong with the scooter.

Yes I have a new tire. But I want to make sure the motor is all good. The scooter only 4 months old. When I free spend the tire motor is making some noises. But with that said. I can still ride it with no issues. Waiting for rev rides response.

Yes rev rides sent me a whole new tire and motor. They don't sell just the tire you half to order the whole assembly. I have a two year warranty so it was free of charge.

Hello. It did not come with a spare inner tube. But no worries you can get it on Amazon if you need one. As far as the tire pressure I put 50 psi in the front tire. But on the tire it says 44psi. But what it comes down to is what you want to put in your tire as how much air pressure. And as far as the speed goes I had it up to 26 mph. And I weigh 248. So if you weigh less you'll probably get a little more speed. And also up hills it will do fine as long as you're at speed when you approach the hill.

No problem. It's funny you ask about the slime you just reminded me I do need to put slime in my tire. LOL. And just for some extra info if you need to buy slime buy it from Amazon do not buy it from rev rides they charge double the price.

I have had it for about 1 month. I have 93 miles on the odometer so far. The suspension is really nice. Not to mention the bad ass color.

Yes I know tell me about it. But I sold my Pegasus two days ago and no longer have that scooter. It's crazy I sold it after new battery new stem new tires everything and then I sell it. SMH lol.

Hello jpl. Yes it is it's very concerning. And if you look at the whole stem mechanism it's not very good. The stem looks big and bulky. I am just so glad the latch held up because if it did not it would have been a whole different outcome. And if you keep having issues with your stem I would replace the stem at some point. I should have tried to replace it earlier but varla wants you to pay for shipping all the time. And thank you for the kind words I really appreciate that.

Spoke too soon, I opened mine up and don’t event have a fuse option to swap out. Everything is direct wired.

Hey buddy you still should have fuses motor scooters have fuses for safety reasons to protect the battery and controllers. If you check them and that's not the case then the battery is bad you need to replace the battery. You can contact varla and if your scooter still under warranty they will send you a replacement. Let me know how it goes thanks.

Hello. You do not need to take off your tires. First try to tighten up the two outer black hex key nuts it will be a number five mm. Hex key. Try to tighten the two outer bolt before you go any further. Make sure you tighten up your brake caliper bolts also that could be a problem to. Let me know how it goes if you have any other questions just reach out to me.

@Chris Dudley I did. Unfortunately it's due to the two screws lose that attach the entire brake system to the frame. And they're threading in from the inside of that suspension arm. Not sure how else to get to them.

Hello did they send you solid tires or tube tires. The reason I'm asking is because they upgraded the Pegasus. Varla change the tires from solid to tubeless tires.

@@chrisdudley8366 they sent me solids but the brand is different. Size on tire match. But the center opening is about 1/4 inch smaller than the originals. Not sure how I’m going to press the magnet back in. Tried heating the tire but it’s too solid to bend.

Hello. Take some WD-40 spray around the inside of the tire and you will be able to press the magnet back into the tire. After you do that start putting the hub back together.

@@chrisdudley8366 I used vasoline instead as the wd40 runs. But could you tell me the brand of tire they sent you?

Yes I did it's a little challenging but anyone can change the tires. You can also talk to varla support and they will send you two new tires with motors for 25 dollars a piece. Just let them know you need two new tires front and rear.

Yes that's all I had to do all you have to do is take the fuse out and replace its 5 amp fuse.
