    1st you saw a dolfin painting on a wall, that is a specie of a dolfin which is only found in Pakistan's Sindh River. This is called blind dolfin. And peacock you saw is also found a lot in Sindh, the area of Thar desert. And all the culture you saw is Sindh Culture. Specially the colourful flowers designs on grounds belongs to Hindu's religious festival call Holi which is famous all around the world. Coke studio is doing great job and we are proud of it so much. ❤❤❤❤❤

    You're very perceptive! This song portrays diverse sections of the people of Sindh, a province of Pakistan. Sindh also contains a portion of the Thar desert.
    Also the peacock reference was spot on. Peacocks are commonly found all over Sindh and are a cultural symbol as well.
    The behind the scenes Magical Journey explains more.

    When you live in the desert there's not a lot of colour in nature so people like to wear bright clothes and paint murals on their houses. This is the culture of Sindh and also of Rajasthan in India.

    You must check out the BTS of these songs to get a better understanding. This song is based on a true story and is the folklore in that part of Pakistan. This song has beautifully showcased the people of THAR desert in the Sindh province of Pakistan. THAR desert is connected to RAJHASTAN in India, so more or less it is the same culture across the border. Peacocks are found in large numbers in that part of the country, and Indus River is probably the only place in the entire world, where you'll find blind dolphins. You must check out the BTS to know more. Hope to see you at '2 AM', take care! Cheers!!!

    I have seen a lot of Pakistan music videos and from their neighbor India. India is more progressive, but I like the drum beats and color in the videos. A lot of videos from India come from their movies. Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan and big stars there.

    • @zainvawda6791
      @zainvawda6791 Před měsícem

      Yeah but Indias progressive nature has meant its music has lost some of its uniqueness. Some of the new music is like generic western music and beats which i feel has been detrimental to what makes Indian/Pakistani music unique. Some people from India have said so themselves and i grew up watvhing Bollywood

    PEACOCK EXPLAINATION !!!!!!
    the King of Umarkot wanted to marry Marvi (Marvi symbolized as peacock in this video), but she was in love with a boy named Khet. One day, the king abducted Marvi and imprisoned her. Despite the king's attempts to lure her with wealth, Marvi refused to marry him. After years of captivity, King Umar finally gave up and released Marvi back to Thar. When Marvi returned (when peacock returned), she had to undergo a test of her purity, after which the people celebrated, considering her a symbol of love for her country and homeland."
    AYI AYI means HERE SHE COMES (HERE MARVI COMES). By the way this song is purely based on marvi and Sindh Culture.
