- How I built a DIY wood pedal board from scratch. I show you the steps I used to build this sweet board using standard building materials. I used poplar wood for the frame and has a simple plywood top covered with loop material. A list of items used as well as tools are below.

That was fun to watch! Must be exiting to make you own board! 🎸🔥🎸🔥
Thanks bro! Video isn’t getting any views yet but it’s ok
😮 very nice looks WAY better than what they sell at Guitar shops😀. Unfortunately for me I didn't inherit my dad's craftsmanship 😢 but that shouldn't stop me ill try making the classic pallet look 🤣, very well done again sir and you keep rocking 😎🎸🤘
Thank you sir! I realize every time I make one that there's always something better I can do on the next one.
Nothing wrong with the pallet board!
Thanks for watching and commenting!!
Could you do a video on how you soldered everything together for which wire goes to what
Definitely. I’m going to build a smaller board for myself and will cover the soldering in greater detail!
Ok thank u
Buen video, gracias ❤ me encantaría aprender hacer la conexión de los interruptores de off y ON
😎✌🏻🎸
Bad ass!!
🤘🏻🔥
What type of wire did you use for the guitar aux ends
Mogami standard patch cable by the foot

Did you use 1/2" or 3/4" plywood for the pedalboard deck?
1/2” I think but I ran a strip of poplar in the center front to back for additional support. I don’t think it needed it but I cut the slots for the cables a little too large and it flexed a bit more than my previous decks.
awesome how much does it weight? i wanna try this one myself
I never weighed it but it’s rather heavy when fully setup but I’m also running a Boss ES-8 switching system which is heavy. I’m considering building another one with lighter wood.
Hey where did you find the power supply and and what is the model number on it
I built this one for one of my guitar students and he provided the power supply and the pedals. It’s a Donner brand and I think he got it off Amazon. I can’t remember if I put a link in the description of the video. On the board I built for myself I have a Strymon Zuma
I found the power supply I’m trying to find all the parts for it
Which one did you get?@@Quickscopegod814
@@joehansonguitar I got the same as you used in the video I’m trying to find all the other parts for the pedal board
what did you use for the height of the front and back?
I think it’s 2” front and 3” rear. I’ll measure when I get home 🎸✌🏻
2” front, 4” rear
Is it a 3 prong or a 2 prong switch
The on/off switch or the actual power plug ?
@@joehansonguitar the on and off switch
