I like to imagine the plagues represent all Krabs and Plankton's ambushes on each other and the Egyptians represent all the other Bikini Bottomites (SpongeBob & Squidward, customers, and other bystanders) caught in the crossfire.
As a singer, I believe it’s because the timbre of both actors voices are so similar. Both Plankton and Ramses have strong, brassy-sounding voices. If you want to get technical with singing, there are all kinds of different types of voices, even with the same vocal part (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Baritone, Bass). You can have four Sopranos and each one will sound different because the quality of each voice is different, even though they can sing the same notes. So a Lyric Baritone (light, jumps from note to note easily) will sound different than a Dramatic Baritone (has a stronger presence, more low-end, can belt out lower notes more easily) even though they can sing pretty much the same notes. The actors who play both may well have the same type of voice, such as a Dramatic Baritone, perhaps.

Then after Mr krabs and SpongeBob put the blood of jelly fish on their door rims, to avoid the death that would Passover, killing all the first born, including planktons.
Let this be a reminder, Krabs might have been a cheapskate, and he might have sold SpongeBob at one point, but Plankton's goal wasn't just to steal Krabs business, he wanted to enslaved fuckin' Bikini Bottom and mind control them, Krabs just wanted money from customers
I totally agree. Mr Krabs can sometimes be a father figure to SpongeBob and Squidward and is a caring father to Pearl. Meanwhile Plankton is a horrible husband to Karen, failed as a father, and only nice, only if it benefits him.
The AI is good, but the balance between the audio levels is abysmal. I turned it up to hear the music, then suddenly Krabs voice was blasting out at thrice its volume.
This gets so much deeper when you remember they used to be friends.
