California Waste Solutions | Brand New Peterbilt 520 McNeilus ZR Garbage Truck

So here's another one of California Waste Solutions's ZRs that are slowly but surely being rolled out by seniority. They're taking quite a while to roll out due to some issue with the paperwork for most of the trucks, so I believe these have to be registered one-by-one instead of as a fleet.
Funnily enough, besides a one day demonstration from a McNeilus representative team, these drivers are receiving little to no training on their trucks. They'll usually receive a couple of days of training from one of the senior drivers on the cab itself and how to refuel the CNG system. After that, the driver's assigned truck is pulled from the stockpile and sent out on route to familiarize themselves with the controls, and to work out any kinks for the mechanics to resolve.
This particular unit has a problem with the cushioning being set way too high. On the bend going up, it takes more than two seconds to round the curve, and it takes more than five seconds for the arm to seat all the way to the neutral position. You'll see that he doesn't bring the grabber assembly all the way down because of it. A field mechanic earlier in the day had already replaced a proximity sensor on the assembly too. Other than that, and the general arm speed needing to be set a tad higher, the truck seems to run fine.
I also got a couple shots of both the new oil box design and the outside controls being shown, especially for the people who wonder what the purpose of the box is on many Bay Area and Northwestern trucks.
