Might charge up to 12.6 but is not nominal voltage. More like 10.8v. You would be better using 3.2 v batteries, 4s! How is that 60 amp?

Your method is wrong! First you need to connect different cells to each other in parallel, then to others in series. Blue-Rose-Gray, Blue-Rose-Gray and Blue-Rose-Gray, you have three equal parallels: then you need to connect them in series. Inequalities within the parallel do not matter because they balance each other. Try to establish equality between
Its good, he did that, parallel/series - just blue/rose/gray. (3x blue 4,2V, 3x rose 8,4...) Only wrong here is charging method, you cant use random charger, you need CC/CV, BMS is only management system as its name suggests, not a Li charger.
