  • This was an excellent result for the landowner. I ended up removing another 2 foxes a few days later in the early morning with my long range set up.

      @@davesmall5392 hi mate, no suppressors allowed here in South Australia unfortunately. Thanks for your comment. Cheers

    Love ya work !
    I’d be very interested to hear how your fox box turned out in your last video, and if you had any success at that location ?
    These videos must be a pain in the arse to produce, but know that they are appreciated by all, not just the sheep farmers of SA.
    Cheers

      Thanks mate I really appreciate the feedback. The fox box is still a work in progress, I was hoping to get it completed before lambing but it’s still a few months away. The location of the fox box is only a few properties down from the one in this video. Holds a lot of fox numbers and is a constant job. Cheers happy hunting.

    Have you tried setting refresh to SA ..semi automatic...means you can refresh when you want...and not get caught out by automatic refresh.

      Yea I definitely have but I found I got caught out with clarity in some situations. I’ve never really had a problem on auto but maybe I should revisit the idea. Thanks for your comment.

    What sort of gun are you with

      Hey Luke, it’s a sako 85 varmint but I’ve had the barrel swapped out for a Maddco, profile and fluting matching the existing barrel. I’ve had it all cerakoted black aswell as I didn’t want the shine of the stainless. Cheers thanks for your comments

      @@LandguardpursuitsI run a Sako 85 varmint. Great rifle. Paired with a pulsar thermal. Deadly to foxes out to 300 easily. And I only hunt at night.

      @@paddlesmcbean2366 can’t go wrong mate, only did the barrel swap cos I changed to .223 from .222. Love the .222 but I just got sick of reloading for it.

    Nice, like and subscribe, what scope attachment do you use? 👍💪🇺🇦

    • @Landguardpursuits
      @Landguardpursuits  Před 2 měsíci

      Hi, the scope is a pulsar xq50 pro with lazer range finder. The xq50 has a higher base magnification than the other pulsar units making it great for fox shooting. Thanks for watching
