- Upgrading our ez guide 500 to a cfx 750 in our Allis Chalmers 8030. Having gps guidance and auto steer has been a wonderful addtion to our 40 year old tractor. So wonderful in fact that we have decided to add it to a nearly 50 year old tractor and upgrade the allis chalmers 8030 to a cfx 750.

You're gonna love that 750 I've used multiple of them and they are all awesome, simple and mostly reliable, i say mostly because one of them had an aggressive previous owner so sometimes it goes crazy and loses it's line. Also i have an ac 8010, so love seeing your 8030 and all of your allis equipment
Thank you! I really have been enjoying it. I liked the ex guide 500 monitor too but the cfx 750 is way better and easier to follow too. If you cant tell we love our Allis equipment. Glad to hear we are not the only ones running them.
Yeah I am actually in new zealand so allis equipment is on the rarer side over, there are only 5 8010s over here and about 12 or so 7000 series, and I have seen a 7580.
That's is really rare there I bet. To be honest they aren't super popular around here but definitely more common then they are in your neck of the woods.
