please help me to come out from ocd, I have been suffering from ocd since 12 years it has been killing me terribly I can't eat anything I can't bath I can't wear clothes totally It never let me to do anything because of scary and negative thoughts comes from mind so I scar for those thoughts, and if I go to temple or wherever in front of God calendar if I stand to pray only negative thoughts will comes so I scar bcz i feel like god may bless those thoughts and that may happen so I mainly scar for it this is my big problem so please tell me is it possible dose those my unwanted thoughts happen to me from God

@@mniigfyv4073 I know you commented two months ago and I hope you’re doing great but, I hope you know that just because you’re lonely now doesn’t mean you’re going to be lonely forever. You’re going to meat new people, people who care, and I don’t know if you read the first comment or not, but they quoted from there friend and said something along the lines of, you never loose friends, you’re just finding out who are the real ones. That quote really picked up my spirits bc I never had like any friends, though there always best friends, but they always seem leave. And it’s upsetting. But after hearing that quote, I smiled. My life has always been kinda sad bc true friends are not easy to find, and when I was little I never understood why people think that is true bc I thought that the best friend I had were permanent and were perfect friend ships, which obviously they were not. And sometimes you are surrounded by people but yet you feel so lonely, I’ve felt like before, or your in a friend group that you don’t feel like you fit in and every time you’re around them you think to yourself, “I don’t belong here”. So all I’m saying is that though you might be lonely or feeling like you’re lonely, your not going to be lonely forever, but it’s your choice to feel lonely. And pls find another way of relieving that stress, and I know it’s not easy to do that, at least try to.
