Easier said than done if it leaves emotional pain and fear and hurt in the subconsious mind (from humiliation abuse and neglect) and we become self destructive.. self hating individuals because all the destructive mechanisms are stuck deep in the subconsious and we don't understand why the hell we like to damage ourselves?? It took me almost 33 years of therapy and spiritual programs to totally get it all out and totally get it to the point where I can trust and love men again and become a man (how does a boy ever become a man if he has horrible subconsious fears of men??) It takes more than forgiving the man or men
It could take a lifetime to go back, understand, get it out and trust again plus get over all the destructive addictions it caused along the way!! And many will die with these problems...OR OF THEM!!

As someone who has had Multiple Sclerosis for 20 years, this is so true. This is the toughest year I’ve ever had. When I ended up in a wheelchair for the first time ever and couldn’t even pick my chin up off my chest, I thanked God just for getting me through everyday. I have to wait 3 months to get to the specialist, my doc is just trying to pacify my disease and no meds yet. Yet, I am already able to use my walker, BY THE GRACE OF GOD!!
I just cried tears of joy for the 1st time of my life listening to this. I appreciate it. Gratitude

I went my own direction and following what in my heart one of it is freedom and moved to a direction far away from people not caring about what others would say. Canada is a place I want to go. A lady told me about all these things that was wrong in that State and I began to talk to God about all the things that is right their and I want to go their and with God being the creator of everything on earth than I know that with God being as good as he is that so is so many things being that way as well. Granted that State has law's but one law that no one can take away is the freedom I have in Christ. @Cupid yeah, earlier this year. I wanted to. I hd to find something to make me want to stay. It was my daughter and sometimes even that wasn't enough. So what I've been doing now is looking at who I really am. I stick to myself a lot as well because I believe that God is in me. Just me. No one else. If I look to anyone else for happiness, I might as well be dead. Try to find books and affirmations that uplift yourself. Just look within and motivate yourself. That's what I had to do.
@Cupid in 1999, I wanted to die. My ex wife had an affair and it hurt me so bad. I was a good person trying my best. No one is perfect. Then in 2017 and this year. This year was worse. When I look back Cupid, I've realized that I was trying hard to be accepted by others so much to the point that I allowed them to control me. I hated it and myself. So at this point, now, I know that if I hate myself, then I hate the one who created me. Infinite spirit who created all things and said it was good looks at me that way. So I've decided to speak truth Regarding who I AM. It has helped me. Even when negative thoughts and negative people try to away me, throw me off my square you know. I just remain true to infinite spirit and myself. If I think an out that, then Im good throughout. I still struggle with dealing with others but then I just press on and love myself more.

Yo, I know when starting off it's so hard to do cause we, humans, are so used to this low vibration and it feels comfortable. But it's not good for us. Twas my first time to look for motivational videos and I found this. Am stuck at fearing other people's judgment of my mistake. Am deeply pained and trembling inside. I got drowned on debts with an empty pocket. I caused so much trouble to people around me. I'm afraid I cannot make it. I'm afraid i have nothing to face the world. I so much fear their judgment. Right then, I don't discuss it to anyone because of this fear of being judged or not listened to. If taking my life is the shortest way to end this, I would have done it but I'm also afraid to God. I wanted to keep my head held up high but this fear and hopelessness is keeping me stranded on the ground. Thanks to this motivational video anyway. 🙏😢

When God intervenes, he allows one certain equipment. In my case, I was blessed with no memories of that moment in time for 34years. It wasn't until I could spiritually handle the remembrance of that these memories surfaced. I'm whole once more, at peace. And still able to be that Love in which I was put on earth to be. @Cupid that's my point exactly when we make some mistakes it should be painful because mistakes of a grievous nature can leave real scars. As well they cannot be rewarded. It's better to suffer than to feel happy with what you've done. This remorse and be glad in it because doubt it what type of awful person would you be. Jesus said don't do it again and that's how we make up for it by learning from those mistakes. But we are required to move forward anyway and sometimes we do so lugging our scars around as best we can. This is real remorse and be glad in itbecause without it we would make the same mistakes over and over again. We hope someday that those feelings will be healed. We prove how sorry we are by not doing it again and by carrying or crosses because we only hope to achieve it but we're not in heaven yet!!!
