Looks like the ringmaster is Norman Barrett, he's now the UK'S oldest still working ringmaster at age 85.

The Ringmaster is indeed Norman Barrett who is the Ring master on zippos circus he was also ringmaster for circus world championship in 80s and also Robert Brothers circus that was on tv in the 80s x
