For tough stickers - I use a heat gun, and Goo Gone. The Goo Gone might clean up that yellowing.

Sadly I have yet to find a good method of cleaning that yellowing outside some peroxide and UV.

I sold a factory sealed but slightly torn MetalStorm in 08 for $75. Ouch. Today WATA would have graded that an A++ and I'd be able to retire. LOL
