Those little disks that you pop out you could use them as Christmas ornaments or you could make the hole in the center bigger and use them as napkin ring holders

Duck eggs do also have bloom protecting them, so you can store them in a tray like this. I would imagine you'd just have to space the holes out more to fit the larger eggs.
