I've been thinking about this for awhile now. I've come to the conclusion that to say nothing is real is a paradox of self-reference. Nothing is real, and everything is real simultaneously, because the diminutive expression we call "nothing" refers only to that which is outside of our 5 senses of awareness. For example, we can only see 1% of the electromagnetic spectrum which makes up the rainbow of colors that is visible to humans. And so "nothing" refers to something, which is a Blindspot. Nothing refers to our blindspots, which you couldn't have if there wasn't something. Conversely, you could not have something without the nothing. We only know one in relationship with the other. And so nothing DOES exist, but it only exists in the mind. Something does exist, and that also exists in the mind.
    As the hermetic saying goes:
    "All is mind"

It reminds me of holes. You can't "create" a hole, because hole is an absence of material.
I've never thought about it that way and I agree. We say nothing but we mean the blindspots. I'm gonna think about it some more, thank you.

I like the analysis u did, the difference between right and wrong via free will is really what separates us as a different species as with animals their conscience is innate, whereas us we are fed “knowledge” which were meant to believe from sources that we don’t even know are real, I think it’s a lot to do with the psychology of humans as most people just “naturally” believe or would listen to someone that is presented as above them in the “food chain” / hierarchy.

Yeah, I think the believe in authority is the worst religion today and most people believe in it. They believe what is told to them from authorities, accept it without any questions and defend it like it's their own opinion. Rarely anyone thinks for themselves nowadays.

You are stuck in semantics. Ground Truth is real. the man who thinks metal is soft is wrong, not because he goes against the majority opinion, but simply because metal is NOT soft. opinions play no part in Reality. reality exists regardless..

We think metal is hard based on our senses, what we physically feel and what we can see. We trust our senses so much, we don't count in the fact that we could be wrong.

Proof that what you are saying is a false representation and misconception of the whole truth: I am 35. I was before I even saw your video. I was before you ever knew of my existence. I am real. Because I existed without and now with you. But if you cease I will continue and if I cease I assume you will based on what I understand to be happening here. But you will have to believe me when I say before I knew you I was. Not just think that is what I would tell the simulation of truth to tell me.

It's a paradox. Nothing is something that refers to our blindspot. You can't have nothing without something, meaning you could not see something if there wasn't a gap, a connective nothingness in between something. For example, humans only see 1% of the electromagnetic spectrum, and everything else other than our rainbow of colors we refer to as nothing. "Nothing" is just a placeholder for "something" because everything is something, but nothing is necessary for the mind to see something. It would be impossible to imagine nothing in all directions, because there you are imagining it. Also, it would be impossible to imagine something in all directions because it wouldn't exist without the gap of unawareness which connects that, such as the place behind your eyes that you can't see, the air you can't normally see, sound frequencies which are too high or too low to pick up on with the human ear, etc.

@@StreetN1ckel so then we can say nothing is not real then? It is a figment of our limited imaginations and it is a word we use as a catch all to something we haven't yet or cannot experience within this nature. So just like we shouldn't say never we shouldn't say nothing is there.
