I’m not rich or famous like Sean but I’ve been clean for over 4 years, married with a kid on the way, make a comfortable living, the best life I could possibly ask for, and I still feel those feelings too.
Childhood trauma issues sometimes needs professional help, otherwise you end up carrying it around like luggage in whatever you do.
You will get better with age. In the mean time there are many things that help. Try to use them all, you will feel better.
