i wish trina would get her own story line in the show and it could be she investigation into miss art and that could lead to a connection pipeman story line or she is putting on an art show or could be the face of deception she is so beautiful

I that when Spencer wakes up from his coma, he will call out Trina name so that lets us know that he has his memory. Come home and after Trina has laid Ace down for a nap she hears the door opening thinking that it is Laura but it’s Spencer! Maybe that’s why Trina is use to babyset Ace JMO
Kristina is almost 40 and still a brat. Beefing with a 20yr old is childish. Her lack of reality about Sonny is pure entitlement. I love Sonny but Kristina should know better after being engaged to Trey. Joss should shut up. She's not mob daughter material. She talks too much. Too much to be a doctor, cop or detective.

I like the direction it seems like they are going in by trying to intergrate POC into the larger canvas. You have to start somewhere...so may as well start it this way I suppose. It doesn't bother me because I think it's a step in the right direction. I want the same thing for Portia, Curtis, Jordan, and TJ. I love that Curtis and Jordan were at Chase's Bachelor Party interacting with Det. Bennett, Ned, and Anna. That's the way it should always be...not some random occasions. Their presence at Chase's Bachelor Party made sense. I think they don't know how to properly use the black characters. The potential is there....just have to move them around like chess pieces to see what works.
I think that Trina was awkwardly added to this storyline after people watching GH complained about Tabyana's lack of screen time during NAC's leave of absence. I don't like seeing Trina on prop up duty. GH has several people who are people of color who are currently not given much to do on GH, and I don't see signs of improvement. I like Jordan, for example, but the writing for her is all over the place. The powers that be let go of the writers who advocated for Spencer and Trina and who are people of color recently. GH has no people of color who are writing for GH currently, and it shows.
I think that Trina was written like an afterthought in these scenes. I didn't like that at all and I am not looking forward to Trina's upcoming scenes with Laura.

Overall, NAC got what he wanted as far as Spencer and Trina, but Donnell didn't and the Ashford family really doesn't bring much to the GH storyline for me I am waiting for Curtis to dump and divorce Portia. Portia is narcissistic like Nina and they both have no friends and Portia and Nina are getting what they both deserve. Portia won't change until she loses her doomed marriage to Curtis and her relationship with Trina that is already basically nonexistent. Portia is really narcissistic and controlling and I have enjoyed watching things not working out like she wants. I think that Portia is more clueless about Curtis emotionally cheating on her than Willow was about Nina and I will be happy when Portia and Curtis are divorced because Curtis treats Portia like sloppy seconds and Portia knows that and settles for that so she's jealous of Trina and Spencer's love because she knows that Curtis doesn't really love her back or in return and it's really a matter of time before Curtis cheats on Portia with Jordan whenever he cheats emotionally or physically.

This is why it was created to address how people of color have been treated and Trina was lucky to have NAC backing her. I think GH are cowards to write for Trina or any of the people of color on GH, they give them sloppy stories or have them be a sidekick to others on the show. Trina has not gotten over losing Spencer and her ordeals on the Haunted Starr and in Paris. GH you need to hire some black writers and stop firing the ones you did have. Write stories that make sense to the fans.

Although I'd like to see more of all these minorites, not just Blacks, I also know that it isn't the role of a soap opera to be everything for everyone. Someone will always feel slighted. If they were to put on every single character, and every possible minority, every day, then each person would have about one minute a day, and there would be no character and story development. Although I agree Trina needs more of a story now, I also know that the scenes we watch were taped six weeks ago, and that multiple episodes are taped on one day, revolving around actors schedules, for one thing. And no actor is being forced to work for ABC/Disney/GH. They are all there by choice, and they're all happy to be employed there, I'm positive. I also keep in mind that since NACs departure and a new writing team being put in place during that time, and with things having been up in the air concerning whether or not he returns before his contract expires in July, and if he is staying or leaving after that, that the writers have been trying to figure out what to do next, scrambling to re write things. Finally, there are actors who have been on GH for decades, who many viewers are more invested in than relative newcomers like Trina, so obviously they get more screen time. If Trina sticks around, I'm sure that will change as she, too, becomes a beloved legacy character. There have been major storylines for Black characters: Curtis's disability, Jordan and Curtis's messy break up, Taggert's finding out about Trina's biological father, the horrible things Esme did to Trina, TJ dealing with Molly's infertility and surrogate choices, Curtis's dad's finding out about being lied to about his diagnosis, Stella's new position at the hospital, and those are only recent storylines. There are also some boring storylines involving either Black or White actors. There have also been potentially interesting storylines that have been delayed and dropped, involving both White and Black actors. I'm interested in all the actors on GH. They aren't different species because they have different skin tones. They are all human, dealing with the same issues. If I get extremely upset or bored with GH, I stop watching. After all, I get to watch it for free, so I'm not out any money. And GH will survive without me.
In 6o years, GH has no main Black characters. Taggert, who has been associated with this show for about 30 years, is treated horribly and is now MIA. That speaks volumes.

I am 70 years old and I do not like how the actors of color are treated, my dear. Yes GH will survive without me but these are issues that need to be addressed. You have your views and I have my views. I liked Taggart, Ms. Woo, Terry, and many others but right now, I am talking about Trina. GH can do better with their writing, especially for the younger actors. ABC/Disney/GH is not making anyone stay by force but to bring in newer fans, and listen to what the viewers are saying. I grew up being judged by the color of my skin but everyone no matter their skin color should have a chance to have their story told. We are all human beings but some are treated better than others.
