I was denied Service Connection for Lumbar Strain. I am at 100% Permanent and Total receiving Aid and Attendance. I am permanently bedridden because of my VA SC'ed disabilities and this is aggravating my non-SC'ed Lumbar Strain. Is this a legal secondary claim for Lumbar Strain? Thank you for the information you share with us veterans. God bless.

I was denied SC for Lumbar Strain because it was diagnosed during my dishonorable period for VA Purposes. Not because there wasn't any proof/evidence of my disability.

You can definitely file for it as a secondary condition
