In this video, I have shown the demo of filling water in the tank, fixing the wet mop and also some 4 minutes of wet mopping.
Since it dry sweeps and sucks the dust before, mopping is quite effective.
And it uses very little water, hence the drying of the floor after mopping is very quick.
And one tank full of 110 ml water can mop upto 600 to 700 sq feet comfortably.
If the mopping starts becoming dry, we have to fill the tank again.
There is no indicator or alarm for low water in the tank or empty tank.

Yes Abushek, you're right. Because it has three modes of operation - wall follow, spiral and smart it does not leave out any space while cleaning.

@varun kumar, No there is no setting needed. If you have done everything correctly and still are having the problem of water not coming to the mop cloth, please call for service and ask them to look at it and rectify it. Thanks.
What's difference between redhawk and blackcat.which is better performance in wet mop?
Both are the same, only difference is the colour.
What about floor Cleaning Liquid like phenyl for germs on floor, where can we put in this mop machine? And what about hair vegetables and small grains on floor? Do we require Cleaning mop machine wheels?
Usually it is not recommended to add anything like phenyl in the water tank. But you could add a little amount if you want to.
Vegetable peels will not be sucked by the robotic cleaner, but hair and other small particles will be.
But the bin and the roller brush in which hair gets stuck will have to be cleaned regularly for better and uninterrupted working/performance of the cleaner.

No it does not remove tough and stubborn stains as it uses very little water. Mopping is done very gentle, not like what we do manually.
Looks like it is not mopping the floor areas next to wall. Will it mop all corners?
Hi Poornima, there is something called wall clean, with which even the edges and wall corners, get vacuumed well because of the brushes.
But while mopping, there is a gap of 1½" to 2" from the wall.

Hello Bhuvana,I am using redhawk21 floor cleaner for the past one year.It was functioning properly .Now all of a sudden even for dry sweeping with full charge it could sweep only for 20 mts and discharges completely.I think the internal battery is of poor quality because it not at all retaining its charge.Can you pl.post a video of replacing the internal battery with a new one.I contacted the customer care but it will take long time and i feel tedious process.Instead i can as well buy a battery and replace it.pl.reply

Hi Swati, sorry for the delayed reply. The robotic cleaner is working fine even after an year. I did face a few issues sometime ago which got sorted now.
Yes, manual mopping is required at a few places/spots once in a while as this does not clean hard stains.

Is 100ml enough mop 1k sqft house? Else how many refills needed
That would not be enough.. You may have to refill 2-3 times.
Does it work on stubborn kitchen stain on flooring?
It depends on what stain it is. Some liquid stains like tea, coffee, juices can be cleaned but not tough ones in the kitchen like oil and dried stubborn stain which has been there for a long time, will not be cleaned.
You have to go for Aguabot 21 which is a washing/mopping robotic cleaner which cleans most stains as there are various cleaning options in it.
Will it sweep and mop if any furniture like bed or sofa is moved from its original place after mapping is done in the app.
Where it can't go under the bed or sofa
It will do once it gets used to the new set up.

How much time will it take to sweep and mop together for 1000sqft?
Depends on how free your rooms are. More the furniture and obstructions on the way, more the time taken.
I can say that roughly it will take minimum 1½ hours.
Do you do mopping and sweeping seperately
Hi Parvathi, I mostly do sweeping and mopping together. But sometimes I just do sweeping/vacuuming only, if the rooms don't need mopping.

Hi Nayna, they do not recommend any floor cleaner to be added with water in the water tank. I do not use any.

Hi Madhu, thank you. I'm still getting to know the robotic cleaner fully. In the two weeks of usage i find both the vacuuming and mopping satisfactory though there are certain limitations. I will be highlighting these in my review video soon, where I will discuss everything in detail.

Bhuvana, what about bathrooms which may have wet flowers where you may need to still clean floors with lysol and commodes with harpic? this wont help
Robotic cleaners are for floors in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchen etc. with or without carpets. They are not designed for the bathrooms.
One has to make other arrangements for bathroom cleaning, can't help it.

Hi Chiku, the robotic cleaner is nearly two years old now and it is working fine. I am using it every day.
This particular model is being sold as Silver Fox with the only difference being that, now it comes with a remote.

This model does both vacuuming and mopping.
The mopping though good it cannot remove stains on the floor. I have explained about this in one of the videos.
If you are looking for only mopping in a robotic cleaner Milagrow has a model - Aguabot 21 which has two water tanks - one for fresh water and the other for dirty water. It also removes stains. I will be coming out with videos of this model soon.

1. Suppose I place this in my bedroom and want to vacuum and mop the both. Is it advisable to attach the mopping apparatus at the beginning itself and then instruct the robot to first vacuum and then mop? Is there any such mode? Also would the mopping cloth get dirty while vacuuming first?
2. Are spare parts easily available?
3. How can we see the maps? Are vacuuming maps and mopping maps separate? Can these maps be stored?
Hi Shreyasi,
1. You can vacuum and mop simultaneously for which you have to fix the mop cloth with the water tank before starting the cleaning operation.
2. No since the mop cloth with the water tank is placed behind, it will not get dirty before vacuuming.
If you want only vacuuming you need not fix the water tank and mop.
3. There is only one common map for vacuuming or vacuuming+mopping.
No it disappears once the operation ends, and robot goes for docking. You cannot store the maps. If you want you can take screen shots before you end the program.

From what I understand, the main parts that may have to be replaced are the two fans, the roller blade, the hepa filter and the mop cloth. In what interval will I have to spend on spare parts?

No, it is not advisable to use any cleaning liquid. At the most we can use a few drops of sodium hypochlorite.

Hi Anupama, During normal running, it goes from wall to wall. If we still want more cleaning along the walls, there is a program called wall follow where it runs only along the wall corners and edges. Thanks.

Hi, sorry for the delayed reply. There is absolutely no problem with the robotic cleaner. I have been using this regularly and I am satisfied with the cleaning.
The electricity consumption is the same as charging a mobile or a power bank, negligible.
Maintenance is very important - i.e. regular
emptying and cleaning of dustbin
cleaning the brushes and roller
-wiping the sensors
- washing mop cloth
Depending on your usage and area of your house, the battery will be required to be changed. Usually it lasts 2+ years.

Robotic cleaner is definitely a useful gadget and it cleans the house quite well, with its own limitations. This is mainly for floor cleaning(sweeping/vacuuming) and mopping. We have a vacuum cleaner for other cleaning work. I am managing without a house help with these two appliances.
Whether to have a house help is an individual choice and also on what kind of cleaning is to done in ones house on a daily basis.

How many rooms can be mopped with one complete fill of wet storage mam
Also it is ok to clean/disinfect home without any floor cleaner.
Usually with hand mop with floor clean dilution
So how effective it wil be for daily mopping

Does it finds docking station every time??
Hi Abushek, if it is in the same room, then it finds the docking station fairly easily. From an adjacent room, it still finds and comes back, but it takes a little more time and effort. I have not tried from a faraway room. The company claims it will eventually return, no matter how far it is. May be it could return to the docking port, but my fear is that it could go into every room on the way if that room door is open. It will eventually come out of that room/door, but this will waste time and battery power. I am still trying out all these things and learning. Will share my learnings and experiences in future videos. I am not done on the videos on this robot and you can definitely expect more videos on many aspects. Thanks.

1. I sweep/vacuum daily.
2. Since mopping makes the floor very smooth, I do mopping on alternate days as of now.
3. I've not yet tried only mopping.
4. For me water gets over when I mop most of the rooms in my house. Sometimes when I do not mop all the rooms and there is still water left in the tank, I empty it, as leaving it with water is not a good practice.
5. At present I'm removing and cleaning all parts once in 3-4 days.

The problem is how long battery lasts and how much is cost replacement if battery stop charging 🤔😄🙀
I am using it for more than a year now and the battery capacity is still very good. It does an entire area of around 1000 sq ft without the battery running out. I think the battery should last at least 3 years. Cost of the new battery pack is around ₹ 5500 at present.

Not at all.. We are using Milagrow Aquabot 5 for the last five years.. Now upgrading it to a new version Seagull Prime.. For dry cleaning they are really good.. But not wet mopping.. You will not have to be dependent on maids..
Thanks for sharing your experience with another Milagrow product.
Though there are certain limitations to the Redhawk/Blackcat 21, I find the cleaning - both the vacuuming and mopping to be amazing.
we have purchased the aqua bot at 35000 & again invested 20000 on service that's the worst of organization .All the products works for a period of warranty and after that you will literally not get any service .All these who post the video's are one time commissioned by organization .
