Small House - One Bedroom - 47,95m² - House no. 176

EN - "House no. 176" is a design study of a ground floor small house with one bedroom and an open plan floor design. Made with cast in situ concrete in wooden panels, the exterior shows itself as a brutalist mass with large opennings letting natural light into it, and the interior is a clean looking design featuring wood textures in the kitchen and bedroom. Feito com concreto moldado in loco em painéis de madeira, o exterior mostra-se como uma massa brutalista com grandes aberturas que permitem a entrada de luz natural, e o interior tem um design clean com texturas de madeira na cozinha e no quarto. I like it. Normally I want a huge bedroom, but if it's just the one bedroom house then I don't mind. One thing I would absolutely need is a spacious kitchen with room for prep space and countertop appliances (toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc). Apart from that, a closet next to the front door for outerwear and shoes, and space for a water heater, and I'm set.
