    Day2 {19.12.20}:✔
    Day3 {20.12.20}:✔ (today when I woke up I felt a little bit firmness on the left side of my neck but it wasn't hard to do the exercises.)
    Day4 {21.12.20}:✔ (today I felt the firmness o my neck during the exercise but it wasn't painful and I think I'm starting to see some progress)
    Day5 {22.12.20}:✔ (today was very easy)
    Day6 {23.12.20}:✔
    Day7 {24.12.20}:✔ (I wasn't expecting the chewing exercise to work but -with the help of chewing gum throughout the day- it works actually.)
    Day8 {25.12.20}:✔ (I've started to do the exercises with some soft background music and I also burn incense. This way I turned these exercises into a meditation session. I definitely recommend it)
    Day9 {26.12.20}:✔ (CHEW GUM! It helps the process sooo much. But chew the ones with no-flavour. Otherwise, sugar can rot your teeth.)

    One month is done! I've done both this and her "get rid of double chin" exercise video every day. These exercises really helped me to define my jawline and firm my neck. I 100% recommend this to you all. The key is NOT to give up! You have to do it every day without any exceptions. It only takes like 5-7 minutes to do when you memorise the exercises. I'll continue to do the exercises on my own. Hope my updates helped you. Love xx

    I’ve now been doing this exercises for a month 2 times a day in the morning and at night, and I just wanted to mention that the results are incredible, I feel and genuinely look more confident and beautiful. My jawline is more defined then ever, and the exercises have actually impacted my smile, my smile is more symmetrical and more charming. I am truly blessed to have found this video

      Face shapes do have an impact on how much you can get the jaw line to pop out and such because some people's bones are slightly different than others but this does help to some degree in keeping fat off of your face if that's an issue you have. Example would be double chins. You can definitely get rid of those. Also eating healthy and doing exercises for the rest of the body is good too.

    So i decided to try this out, my face is round, im starting to have a double chin and i dont have a jawline at all. I will keep track of progress so everyone knows if it works or not. Also i am typing this one day after the first day of trying this jawline exercise.
    My progress:
    Day 1: I did this exercise 3 times and IT ACTUALLY WORKED ALREADY! My sister said that a line is starting to form that iv'e never had and it's getting noticable already❤
    Day 2: I did this 3 times and i think its still the same as yesterday. I do feel that my skin is getting tighter and that my double chin is getting reduced :)
    Day 3: I did it 2 times because i went shopping all day and didn't seem to notice anything change that much
    Day 4: I did this exercise 3 times and I felt my skin getting tighter again💖
    Day 5: Did it 3 times. I didn't notice or feel any changes today tho. I do hope it will work :)
    Day 6: Did it twice and now my not so noticeable double chin is completely gone🙌🏼
    Day 7: Did it 3 times and my skin felt a lot tighter
    I am doing this for seven days (a week)
    In conclusion, IT WORKED💖

    Day 1: No change
    Day 2: No change
    Day 3: Still No change but my neck is tightened a bit.
    Day 4: No change.
    Day 5: No change but my cheekbones are slightly visible.
    I will keep on updating it.

    I’ve noticed that people like to mention quick results, but this workout does take time, consistency, and patience. I’ve been doing this twice everyday for almost two weeks and I DO see a difference. This is the only facial exercise that has worked for me after wasting so much time doing other jaw workouts. This is the one to do!

    day 1: did it twice
    day 2: again, i did it twice, this time i actually felt the stretch
    day 3: did it twice, i’m starting to see a slight difference
    day 4: did it twice, my jawline really appears sharper now, my sister actually noticed
    day 5: i did it twice, there is a difference
    day 6: did it three times today
    day 7: did i twice again, tbh there rlly is a difference. my jawline is way more defined now. srly do this!!

    THIS WORKS! im so glad to find this exercise. i do it twice a day everyday after my exercise. been doing it for 2 weeks now and i can finally see my jawline. you can do it before bedtime or anytime u like but just do it 2-3 times for faster result.😍😍
    btw. my neck looks better as well.

    Ahhhhhhhh, i just wanna say that i've tried this last june and up to this date. Mind you guys i am 78kg and 5'3 in height and i have like seriosly double chin when i started. Noooow, i don't have it anymore and my jaw is more defineeee 😭😭😭❤️ thanyou so much for this video! I can't take you enough! I didn't leave a comment because i downloaded the video and there i watch.
    Anyway, i dis this for 2x a day for 2 months then 1x for the rest of 2 months. Now i dont feel insecure anymore about my double chin

    Doing a little diary to see if there are any differences !
    Day1: Easy to do and obviously no changes
    Day2: hurt abit more to do it so obviously stretched something but no physical changes
    Like to remind me to do it!

    Iam back here to write this review. Iam a girl who always had to face my families continuous taunting on how fat I look. My face was swollen even though I was able to maintain my body with some exercise. I tried dieting an everytime I ended up ill. It was only recently I came across this video and was super excited and did all the exercise with positivity. It's only been 4 or 5 days but I can already feel changes on my face. My family has been quite for some time now and it makes me so happy cz I know it's working. Thank you so much for this video iam truly grateful to you... And my family, if they didn't point it out I might not have searched for a video like this. Though I tried other face exercises but nothing were more effective than this....!!!     UPDATE:
    5 months : my face is now i so slim my jawline is more visible *tips watch some series/videos/anime while doing this so you will not get bored doing this
    1 year of doing this: My face have a visible jawline now, And my face definitely more defined and sculpted if you get what im saying

    okay so let me tell you about myself first before updating you all wit my results...
    First things first, i never exercise *regularly* and i have *never* reduced my food intake.
    but i wanted a good collarbone area, so, I started doing this 2 days ago...
    These are my results :--
    day 1 --- no change [obviously ]
    day 2 --- no change [i feel stiffness in my jaw line]
    day 3 --- i kinda feel my jawline has been toned.
    day 4 ---no major change
    day 5 ---
    day 6 ---
    day 7 ---
    day 14 - doing it after long time..
    day 15 -- i am not finding any major change.. but if i do then i will sure;y inform you guys
    EDIT : I can see the results dude ....OMG

    I'm doing this for a week! I'm skinny but for some reason my face is so chubby, especially around my jawline and cheeks. These will be 100% honest results. I'll be doing it twice a day:)
    day 1: felt really good while doing it
    day 2: my jaw was a little sore when I would turn my head a certain way, obviously no results yet
    day 3: I reallyyyy felt the stretch while doing this, my jaw is so sore
    day 4: I'm a lot more comfortable doing the exercises

    d1: no change, hurts
    d2: feels tighter around the jawline
    d3 i believe no change was made but i’m taking photo difference on d7
    d4: no change - non noticeable
    d5: hurts and can feel the stretch, does feel tighter, small change, did it twice
    d6: wasn’t able to make it (busy)
    d7: small change but still something not as i want it too.
    d8: definitely lil bit defined but not what i want
    d9: didnt get to do it but ill do it twice tomorrow
    d10: i did it twice, and didnt really feel the stretch anymore, it did a bit of change but I have no idea if its working more than it has now. I feel super insecure about my face and I'm worried the stretches don't even work for me and its super weird because I am skinny and have such a struggle with loosing fat on my lower face. Ill still contiune trying this and hoping it does something in the end results.

    I'm pleasantly surprised at how effective this has been!😳I did this once a day for a week and my jawline, especially near the ears, is already looking more defined. I'm going to try the other exercises as well to see if they help with my chubby cheeks. Thanks so much for sharing!
