Above Everything, Thank You for Watching :)
If you feel like watching even more I got you covered ;) - Hry
5,000 credits for a weapons vendor is a stupidly small amount when I'm picking up weapons that sell for over 2,500 each. They need to multiply this by 5 or 10.
I totally agree, they need 50k for the smaller ones and 100k for the bigger ones, also the bug where you make changes to your ship filling the cargo hold full of junk that in theory you could cheese to make a ton of credits just gets annoying.
The puddle glitch is also fixed. Sadly despite 2 patches the game still crashes at least every time I play after a few hours, either by freezing up, or in the middle of loading or just going back to the dashboard on Xbox. It's the same issue we have had since XB1 when you press the middle button to bring up your options, the music distorts, that's the same issue Starfield has just before it crashes. I can almost predict it now, it even tries to crash and sometimes saves itself before crashing a little while longer, so more stability patches are required but all in all I've enjoyed it so far, put in about 85 hours, just have the Crimson Fleet and the rest of the main story to do then some side quests.
If you want skill points, worth getting to the Level 75 planets and grinding the bases on Fermi, Pyraas and Serpentis. I even found a place called Vulture's Roost which is essentially Red Mile but Ecliptic, found it from another place on a slate under a counter.
there is a mod for this 🤣
@@RocketRenton You can get an activity to go to Vultures Roost if you take and read the slates found on Ecliptic. Did that 3 times and still have no idea why or what's important there. I did steal the ship that lands, was called Dagger, dunno if it is a named ship or just a common Ecliptic ship name but that felt like pretty much the only reason besides Ecliptic farming to bother with the place. Lotsa contraband and locks there so theres that.
@@guffi00if you're using mods just spawn in money
I was actually just talking about this with a friend. I think a leveled system would work pretty well in terms of merchant funds. I recall at lower levels i was finding lower value weapons than I am finding now at level 160. As it sits now, I buy my ammo first, then sell any weapons ive collected to get my credits back.
I usually buy all the ammo from the weapon vendors before I sell the guns. It gives them lots more money for my weapons and I take it all in the end anyway. The abundance of ammo you accumulate is nice too.
If you start the Striker gang quest and do the first mission or two you will unlock their vendor that acts as a second trade authority because she will buy anything. I even stole her own weapons off of her and sold them back to her.
Mindtear and Poison storm are all you need! Use Mindtear and give poison storm to your companion and 1 round of ammo. They will fire 400 rpm for ever and the two of you will be an unbeatable force.
This is a good place especially when you are overburdened as you can jump right into the core. I forgot about half the shops you showed! Thanks Turtle!
There is another Planet Bessel 3b ,easier to build an outpost,1 hour sleep 57hours utc time.
Civil outpost with 5k vendor on a fixed spot easy to find ,you go and sit at her desk to wait one hour and and talk to her without standing up😉👍
Traders rlly need more money when you consider value of high level loots. Very frustrating in the long run. :3
Best thing about the specialty weapons shops is the ammo that’s hard to get in good quantities elsewhere. Light particle weapon ammo is pretty rare but the guy in Ryujin sells a lot of it, and it’s difficult to keep enough ammo if you’re using a weapon like the revenant or magstorm as your primary, but Kore Kinetics sells a TON of .50 MI
Hey turtle just wanted to let you know I named a ship after you lol. It was a design I came up with myself and it reminded me of a turtle so I named it Angry Turtle because it just shreds everything. And I used the no center mass glitch so it doesn't get shredded cuz it's kinda slow lol. Just slapped some low mass structural pieces on one side.
Neon blvd is the reason why I placed my main distribution center (outpost) in Lantana. Cheyenne is close by, and so is the Den if I over stock on surplus and need to go there. - What I recommend ppl do is not buy & sell, you'll be chasing your ass. Trade in value for the items you want (ammo, chems, buffs, rare mats, etc..) then sell. That way you boost the vendor's credits, which you get back, and then some. In this way your real trade value goes way above 60K just in Neon, which gives you an idea of what kinda volumes I'm talking about. 😉
Frank sells the Advanced Hard Target. Best sniper gun in the game once you finish with it at the Workbench.
Hits for over 400 and with Steath multipliers (4 points). Over a 1,000.
My Mag Sniper is far more powerful, holds far more bullets in a mag and has a far superior fire rate. It's only comparative flaws are the more difficult to use scope crosshairs which resemble a modern Dragunovs sights and not having a silencer or suppressor option. If you find a Hard Target with an Extended magazine perk than it would definitely be the superior sniper.
Like how I found an advanced coachman with an extended mag perk giving it four rounds, I then modified the ammo to Hornets Nest with the workbench and installed only low weight mods like short barrel.
Now I have a Hornets Nest grenade launchers which weighs 2 kilos compared to my modified Negotiator which weighs 15 kilos. I still really enjoy the big heavy weapon but the sawn of nade launcher stays in my inventory no matter what. Same with a weight reduced suppressed elemental beowulf.
@borisdorofeev5602 Used both. Have Mag on a hot key. But, personally, I prefer the Hard Target.
Mag Sniper I use for "extremely long" shots. Its retort is louder than Hard Target, and I get better critical % totals with Hard Target.
But it's personal preference. To each his own toy.
Keep in mind. If your sensor is flicking alert mob you lose the 4x stealth attack multipliers.
I have stealth weapons hockey set by range. Long, medium and short.
I use a Legendary Kodama with Anti-Personnel and Explosive rounds modded for true steath indoors at short range.
Do people that scream at every occasion "tHeRe ArE mOdS fOr ThIs" do understand there are no mods on console and folks playing on console are forced to find exploits? I'm a pc gamer but it's fucking annoying i guess
No walking compared to new atlantis or even akila city. great vid
Without the money chest glitch, you can really see how much of a grind it is to make money in this game.
Its isn't that of a grind, you find most things you need on quest and also get money from that.
Dont get how people always low on ammo, just aim better on the head😂
No need to spend money for stuff.
Still a pain when you’ve got almost 3mill worth of vytinium fuel rods sat on the floor around your outpost that’s a ball ache to try and sell.
Lol this was me yesterday gotta grind that xp! Im so over loaded now if I jet pack in Akila I insta die 😂
14500 from key station woman next to TA and then TA next to her has 11k so 25k total plpus 48hr sleep 3x quicker than this
The Vendors have way too little credits, it's absurd.
Ok I just tried this! Offloaded just under $60k of weapons in a little over 12 minutes. If I wasn't browsing menus and topping off ammo/aid/resources, which forces me to take more time to sell more inventory, I could probably do this about in about 5-6 minutes. With the 48hr reset, I think the total time could be less than 10 minutes give or take. That's approximately $350-360k+ per hour, which is totally acceptable, and I'll take this post patch lol. This is the way y'all!
I understand the game balancing issues that favor merchants having limited funds. Visiting different merchants promotes exploration and forces you to take on side quests to raise money. Indeed, It makes narrative sense in both Skyrim and Fallout because of the use of physical currency. However, liquidating loot is always a problem for high level characters in these games. In Oblivion, you could pick up loot worth many times the merchant limit. In Starfield, it makes no narrative sense because there’s a freaking bank next door to the merchant and all the transactions use virtual currency. Shit, Walter Stroud ought to be able to liquidate all of your loot personally. At least raise the spending limit on the trade kiosks. I can’t be the only one with 100,000 credits of guns and gear sitting in my Cargo hold.
Agreed. I think the biggest missed opportunity is the fact that the rank 4 money perk doesn't increase vendor budget.
They should have had each rank add 1,000 to their budget in the final rank a flat 10K. At least!
They also should have done a thing where every X amount of character levels The amount of money vendors have available increases. Imagine if every 20 levels all vendors got an extra thousand. It wouldn't throw the game out of whack, but it would still help a ton!
You combine those two ideas and a level 100 character with skill 4 would have an extra 15K available at each vendor. This honestly seems like it would be a huge quality of life improvement and not be game breaking!
I thought i was doing good selling to the Crimson Fleet because all their vendors are in a tight, compact circle. They have 7 vendors that total 40175 credits, not including the shipyard person.
I prefer the Key since every vendor is so close to each other, also you can sell contraband there. Also, I read about Venus(?), where 1 hour waiting is like 100 hours in game. So you only need to wait 1 hour on Venus. But you would need to find a random settlement on the planet to get a vendor with 5000(?) credits.
key is great but you need to side with pirates or never finish quest
If u have item that has high price for selling then u are fckd.
Bro, it’s Venus not a walk in the park
I load up my cargo ship full of stuff and jump from vendor to vendor across the galaxy, and when I finish selling out every merchant I go back to venus to reset them. Sure you have travel load screens but it feels like you make more than with waiting 24-48 hrs. maybe that's my own bias because I absolutely despise starfield's new very very slow wait system
I was using Akila city to sell guns which was $30K counting the kiosik in the spaceport. I will have to try this one out. good info
You showed me 2 vendors i didn't know were in neon. Not bad! Sometimes I feel punished in Starfield when i get good drops because i think to myself "oh gosh, this means I'll need to go to 6 vendors and rest 4 times in order to sell all my stuff!". They really need to double their cash. I had a heck of a time trying to find someone to sell 2 11k rifles i picked up and a handful of space suites worth over 4k each. But i guess if you find a place like Neon it's not TOO bad. I recently found a second gun person in Aika, way in the back that i never knew existed. I also found a clothing store in atlantis that i never found before either. But even then: it's silly to have to visit 6-8 vendors after every mission. But i also only ever keep 1 or 2 guns on me. I'm not a horder, i loot and sell EVERYTHING.
Buy ALL the ammo first. That gives most vendors an extra 10k credits, then sell your weapons.
Selling data slates from gas planets and selling loot is definitely the best way to make credits without being exploity
Sell the planet surveys to Vladamir at The Eye. He'll give you almost 2x the usual amount.
Nice one. Couple I didn’t know about there
keep any neon quest for the fast travel directly to shop area (ryujin is excellent for this)
Akila is also good for this.
Trade authority terminal + general store + 2 weapon stores + trade authority
Yeah Akila’s been my go to post patch
What's the other weapons merchant besides Rowling Arms?
@@shambleshef Enter the city, turn right, follow the city wall.
thank you I can't believe I missed it
is there trade authority vendor? or only the terminal?..
Venus has a randomly spawned civilian outpost which with advanced perks in scanning becomes fast to locate via pressing E over locations while scanning on moon surface. Many civilian outposts can spawn after you randomly land in random parts of Venus. You need to find the one with bar stools and a vendor that has 5 k credits. You can snapshot save this rng vendor by running outside 170 m away and place a outpost beacon then build a ship landing pad. The reason why this vendor is the best in the game is to refresh the 5k credit and stock including ammo, aid, weapons, spacesuit, packs. It is due to being 1h of wait time will refresh the vendor. This means every 30 seconds you can speak to vendor, sell, sit on bar stool and wait 1h gives you 5k. Compared to any other circuit of high stock vendors such as neon you can make twice as much credits per hour in Venus than any spot in the game. Tldr any vendor spot that needs a long wait time is bad for repeat sell sessions. With that said neon is useful for selling a small amount during general play so is the key
Venus is also the best place to do the 48 hour vendor reset, it can be done there in 24.
You could speed this up even faster with the wait anywhere bug. Just sit down in a chair, then press "y" to wait and move forward to stand up at the same time. Now you can wait while standing as many times as you want, so each time you sell to the vendor and wait, you can skip the animations for sitting down and standing up.
There is another Planet Bessel 3b ,easier to build an outpost,1 hour57hours utc time.
Civil outpost with 5k vendor on a fixed spot easy to find ,you go and sit at her desk to wait one hour and and talk to her without standing up.
There's even more shops if you go down into Ebbside
You can use the amp production outpost method to make items that can be sold to the tea merchant that only accepts aid items. 😀
You only have to rest 34h on Neon, sometimes the vendors restock after 24 but it's inconsistent, I found 34 h working all the time. I just sell to Frank and then go sell to the grumpy Kolman in Trade Authority, rest in Trade A buy again from Kolman, then go back to Frank and rest there after selling to him. Rinse and repeat. Not ideal but saves the running around when encumbered. Also both selling ammo so buy ammo first and then get your money back. I also give the annoying blondie following me everywhere the things I want to keep and then just sell everything on me ( I sell only weapons ) so I don't have to worry about selling something I want to have a look at later.
You can make faster money in Wolf system and the space station there, the vendor carries 11k credits and all you have to do is carry everything you can to sell. You sell everything and then wait in the chairs next to him for a 24 hr period and he will once again have 11k, and just rinse and repeat. I made easy 200k or more in no time.
muy bueno bro, gracias la verdad tengo muchas cosas para vender lo q pasa es q da flojera ir vendiendo de a poco
When you go into a shop, do you know how much money they have in their safe of course not. So why do they have that written in Starfield? You should just buy and sell as you need to. No limit needed.
Thanks Turtle. The vendor limits are crippling. On PC you can mod larger vendor credits but on xbox the constant sell/sleep cycle is so pointless late game Bethesda should really apply 10x vendor buff if they ever do a QOL fix
Vendors need more cash. If you loot bodies you end up with 20 or 30 guns and have to sit and wait outside trade authorities.
Thanks Turtle!
Amazing bro ty
But why? it's like traveling halfway across the globe to buy a Pepsi, when they are sold in a store next to you. The time investment doesn't fit the payout.
In the time it takes you to run around and sell stuff, I can make millions. Just seems silly to want to sell stuff when the income/hour is not just bad it's HORRIBLE.
I don’t know why everyone seems so obsessed with credits. I could see needing them to build a ship but I stole a class c ship that only needed about 100k in improvements and has no problem on very hard difficulty after that doesn’t seem like there is anything else worth buying.
It seems that the unique weapons that that are for sale could after all scale with our character level, but I guess this happens if we don't interact with their respective vendors prior to significantly leveling up our character. Do you remember Turtle if you visited the Kore Kinetics NPC shop at lower levels? Because it looks like Poison Storm and Mind Tear have a higher tier than basic. And now I am curious if other unique weapons such as the ones from New Atlantis can have higher tiers if we visit their NPC's at higher character levels.
This NG+ I was going in as lvl 104
@@angryturtlegaming Ah, OK it makes sense now.
No they don’t scale. I have 3 saves and purchased the rare razorback at Akila (I think the Prime?) before lvl 18 where I’m at on that save and I haven’t bought it on my other saves where I’m lvl 51 and 56. The rarity status, name, and stats all stayed the same.
You do a good job of explaining things. All your videos are very good
What's wrong with Terrabrew? Also, if you're going to use the lifts to change cell, why not use the ebbside bar vendors too?
excellent
Neon is good for selling stuff. Sit, wait, rinse repeat
Thanks turtle. Thanks for the info. You the man!!!
I didn’t know how to smuggle at the time so I’d get intentionally caught in neon and pay a reduced fine
Very nice!
I already knew this, I've been using Neon to offload gear for a long time. It's nice to be vindicated in my choice though.
I don't know if you know this but there's a contraband chest in the security office that usually has 8+ pieces of contraband and respawns every seven days.
as you can see I have a ton of weapons for sale, so my problem is never stuff to sell but vendors caps 😅
NICE. I have to clear that shit out.
Yeah, people are really sleeping on the Neon Security office. The stuff is just sitting right there begging to be nabbed.
I am 100 hours in the game, yet main cities of the game completely unexplored, LMAO. That's how I play Bethesda games...@@superscatboy
the problem is its faster to wait on a chair that to run around LOL
Thank you buddy u got a sub
Wish we could just rob them. The Key is faster, like 5 venders right next to one another. Too much walking here, slows the process. Also should be somewhere we could sell stolen ships unregistered. Makes stealing ships useless for the effort. Which kinda kills the fun in being a pirate. Now if they made it much harder to steal like more turrets and more people on board but allow us to sell to a black market somewhere similar to the den that would be fun.
Yes, this is the rotation I usually do, but you forgot the Trade Authority Terminal when you land which is good for another 5K - but that only works well if you have stored most of your stuff in ship cargo so you can fast travel.
Remember the good ol days of Fallout/Skyrim where there was perks for vendor increased max cash? Yeah...too bad we have the idiot devs these days, don't even take the time to play their own game to see the flaws.
Kinda said Bethesda hide the vendor boxes in the worlds. I like the little glitches
You sir are a genius!
I think CZcams should implement an ignor all button.
So much running around lol...just be a pirate and use the key, 47k per run and everything is a storefront literally 2 steps from eachother with 2 vendors with over 10k and the ability to sell contraband to all of them and the best selection of minerals weapons and armor out of anwhere...neon is way to spread out
Your voice sounds like Borat. Thanks for the video!
I like your videos. Keep it up.
Since you are covering all the vendors, you missed the apparal vender across from the tea shop at ryujin
that's because he only buys apparel and it's hard to have 4k credits in clothing
@@angryturtlegaming fair enough
So where do I sell endgame weapons worth 20k+ each? When venders are limited to 5k.
buy ammo and resources first then sell
The key is a better spot imo
Anybody look into how long you have to wait for neon to reset? I have a ton of shit I need to sell.
vendors reset in 48 hours UT
Seems like too much walking around just to sell, especially when overburdened with a hundred weapons from doing the outpost chest glitch, and Neon is something like 1.25 UT hours per 1 hour local time, so you end up having to wait through two cycles to reset them (and fast-traveling to Venus isn't an option when overburdened). I much prefer using the Centaurian Arms weapon shop in the residential sector of New Atlantis. They have 12,500 credits, can buy all your weapons, and you only have to rest through one 24-hour cycle to reset them with a chair conveniently right there next to the counter. You can make about 75,000 credits in less than 10 minutes there.
Cool but where do u sell your 58000 value guns?
buy ammo first from the vendor ;)
Basically sell your shit on Neon.
boom boom only good on first playthrough where your level is still low. if you use on ng+ it barely kill anything because it's base is normal not advance version of shotty.
my question is does 'blend' gives player character addiction?
I didn't yet need to buy more blend
good to know, so blend plus red mile drink are the best soda pair in game. @@angryturtlegaming
On top of that why is there even a crafting or building mechanic in the game if there is a cap on money for vendors. No mans sky still kills this game as far as survival goes and base building. Im literally a billionaire on no mans sky and still can have fun buying , trading , exploring and building. Starfield punishes you for playing their game
Ah-Thor-A-Tea
Wow this is pretty good. Akila’s been my go to cause I can get about $25-30k there but I’m definitely switching to Neon. Had no idea tranquilitea drinks also give an XP bonus too
Wow
For 15k just sit wait 40 hours and you can sell again 😂😂
Uncle Lugo?
I figured this run out in my first play through because I chose neon street ran I thought it would be fun to start off playing Ryujin industries missions so naturally after I unlocked mind manipulation through their missions I used it to make the guards unlock the contraband and stolen items chests for me. Mind manipulation is so broken if you kill a npc in a private area while under the influence of mind manipulation is doesn’t count as murder as long as no one sees you do it. You’re companions won’t even register that you just murdered an innocent person I killed all the guards after unlocking the chests and got their armour and it’s not even marked as stolen.
Im at a ship buying and selling vender and he doesnt even have enough money to buy a used ship. The game mechanics are so stupid. Im sure they wouldnt like this mechanic placed on their weekly , bi-weekly or salary checks. Oh you just got paid this month. Must wait a year before we can get enough cash to cut you another check. This reminded me why i quit playing this stupid game
I did better. Landed on New Atlantis, ran to the general merchant, selected her in the console and typed "additem f 10000000". Did the whole shop tour to clean out my inventory for one whole playthrough, once again Bethesda makes that as tedious as possible.. No thanks, ill make my one stop shop have plenty of money and skip the whole running around BS.
I guess turn right is left where ever you are.....lol
Kind of a pointless video which takes FAR too long to say "Neon is a good place to sell early game." But running that circuit of vendors is not much different from running the vendor circuit in New Atlantis and its Well District if you implement the NAT properly.
I thought you were revealing a secret vendor in Neon with a 60k credit cap...
This advice does absolutely nothing .
All the cities have pros and cons to yheir vendor circuit.
Neon is just a little more in line and less spread out. Comparatively, Akila city has a more confusing vendor circuit but has unique vendors like the book store.
New Atlantis also has the Lodge right there with the bottomless chest which in tandem to using the NAT and starborn power grav dash properly makes it the best place to sell without getting into faction locations.
Neon isnt even the most compact vendor circuit when consodering factions. The winner there would be the Crimson Fleets Den location.
The Den has several vendors with 12k credit cap literally right next to one another with the shortest distance between vendors and all of the vendors will purchase contraband.
So again what was the point of the video. Im really dissapointed that you never showed the Neon City secret vendor with a 60k credit cap like you promised in the title......
F for the video and an F for effort. Good day sir.
Not helpful. Waste of time just by watching 👀
Agreed. I got clickbaited by the title of the video. When he said "all in one place," I thought that he found a vendor with 60000 credits or 1 room with multiple vendors that add up to 60000 credits. Telling everyone to go to a major city and run back and forth to every vendor is so obvious, that the entire video is just completely worthless.
