What many people don't realise is that Gaza was already free before 7 October. Gaza has its own government, army, police force, hospitals, public services, etc. And no jews have lived there since 2005, so why are these protestors shouting free, free Palistine? They weren't shouting free, free Palistine when the Egyptians occupied Gaza for 1000 years up until 1967 when Egypt attacked Israel. Israel won that war, and Israel in fact liberated the land called Gaza today, during that war. The jews withdrew from Gaza in 2005, Gaza was free already!

@foamontheriver Just because the British drew lines on a map in 1947 and then called it Palistine and created a Palistinian flag (yes, the British did that, too), it doesn't mean that it is Palistine. The British also printed British mandate coins for socalled Palistine that had the text "Land of Israel" written on them in Hebrew.
According to that map, the socalled Palistine also included Jordan. So, should Jordan give Jordan to the Palistinians!? The idea that the land of the israelites never existed is absurd. The word Palestine was a creation of the Romans who renamed Israel Palistina as a punishment to the jews for the 2nd jewish revolt. You will not find Palistinian artifacts at any archaeological sites, because there aren't any! But there are many jewish archaeological sites and thousands of artifacts, including jewish coins that go back thousands of years, long before Islam!

Just because the British drew lines on a map in 1947 and then called it Palistine and created a Palistinian flag (yes, the British did that, too), it doesn't mean that it is Palistine. Even the British mandate Palistine coins had the LAND OF ISRAEL printed on them in Hebrew!
According to that map, the socalled Palistine also included Jordan. So should Jordan give Jordan to the Palistinians!? The idea that the land of the israelites never existed is absurd.
