That is a really cool update of G.I. Joe Flint in the Classified line (2021). The action figure is so good, the sculpting, colors and articulations are far out from the original 3.75" action figures. the shotgun is awesome, I like that it is a two part gun that swings in half like a real shotgun. Great video Micheal, you rock.

Great review! I’m glad that you like this classified line. I’m a child of the 80s born in 73 group on Star Wars and Joe’s and transformers and Lego. Nowadays I collect the Star Wars black series, and I love this 6 inch classified line. The 1st releases in this line were a little sci-fi/futuristic but the last and most recent reveals, especially at this Has-con, are out of the park! The newest storm shadow, spirit and crock master are lit lit lit and The Haslab 3 3/4 scale Skystriker makes me cry! Enjoy your content! Keep it up
Good call on pointing out the undercut, I think you are absolutely right about that making the beret fit better and the head not appearing oversized without it! :)
I think that the Classified line really started hitting their ‘vintage’ stride with this figure. I wonder how a retro Flint would look like 🤔
But you aren't Beach Head. First come's Hawk, then Duke, then me, then finally you.

I think this figure looks good but I would of like the classic camo color.
The shotgun would definitely be pointing down in the holster, not up.
I wanted to collect these figures but I only saw MAYBE 3 total in the stores here in south jersey

I painted mine all black.
I was more a fan of Lady Jaye than Flint but I had both of them. I missed this figure when it came out and while it looks nice overall I think the face sculpt is not quite right. He looks more like John Hamm than the cartoon or comic character.
Flint kinda looks like Josh Hartnet without his beret on.
I think you’re referring to Masters of the Universe Classics rather than 2000X.

I wonder why Hasbro stopped making GIJ back in 93-94. Was defo a sad time for me when the ability to buy them became more rare.

Do we want real gun models with the.m though? I know it doesn't matter to me, as long as they look cool I'm happy! I could do without roadblocks first weapon thing, that sucks! 😏 I really like the flint and lady jaye figures, they kept close to the originals but with subtle updating. I've just gotten the barbecue figure and he's emmence! Almost a complete carbon copy of the original which I'm happy with as he's my favourite non ninja joe! Hoping to get my hands on the colour change zartan tonight cause him and the crimson twins are my most wanted cobra figures now and obvs a V1 storm shadow!

I love Joe but hate the 6in line to me Joe will always be 3 3/4in but they look cool but not my cup of tea
Grid Iron Studios makes some dope ass guns, knives and swords for these Classified figures and Marvel Legends if you ever wanted better or different weapons for these figures. I've haven't been fan of the guns that come with most of these figures. They're too futuristic and sci-fi looking.
Flint had the most distinctive face and head of all the male Joes (even Duke was kind of generic looking). The figure sculpt looked like a real person. So I am disappointed by the changes to the face like the scar and the new haircut. (though it definitely could have been worse). The Flint figure's clothes looked the most realistic of anybody. His boots especially looked like real boots. So I'd prefer the original style boots and clothes, instead of adding all the fancy body armor. I really dislike the over the calf boots. I like the pants and belt otherwise.
It looks like they tried to make his face look a little like the guy who played him in the movie. I don't know how the clothing looked in the movie since I haven't seen it.
The only thing I didn’t like…..no jungle boots.
