The very first time I heard the original I sobbed. I won't pretend I understand, nor will I pretend to comprehend, but I felt how beautiful this song is. Your cover does it justice. Thank you Josh. Love your voice.
It’s hard for me to listen to some of these songs. They have such a profound emotional impact that sometimes I just can’t put myself through it. But if I’m already in despair these songs seem to pull me out of it. Absolutely baffling how that works out. One day it can drag me to the dark parts of my psyche, and on others it’s the one thing that’ll pull me out. Hope your well my friend❤️

This is no laughing matter. This is probably one of the greatest songs in the world. One of the most moving. It is impossible not to respect it to the note. Impossible to play with it. You can only interpret it. And this interpretation is simply perfect.

And it's tricky to cover such a song. It's impossible to change it, you can only "try" to interpret it, it's so masterful. And Josh does it beautifully. It's perfect and sublime. That's all I wanted to say.

After finding you through your cover of Three Hours many years ago, I am so happy to see you revisit Nick Drake again over the years. Nick Drake will always be one of my favourite artists, and you do his songs such justice. I keep coming back to this song. It's haunting. Really shows Nick Drake's state of mind. A bit of positivity at some points that resolve into a sad note again. Just beautiful.

Horn is such a brutally bleak but beautiful piece and knowing what Nick was going through at the time of recording encapsulates his mental state perfectly.

This is one of those songs that I learnt and can barely play and certainly can’t sing. Devastatingly beautiful rendition, understated, precise and the various rhythms articulated perfectly. Thank you Josh I found this nostalgic and very moving, you captured the essence of Nick’s song whilst also making it your own.

Totally agree with you. Didn't get Nick Drake when he was current. But then years later my son discovered him in his early teens (now in his 30s) and really opened my eyes to Nick's magic. Josh carries the beauty of Nick Drake's music home to the present.

I've never held my breath for four and a half minutes before. This was an apparition, absolutely magical. This is my favorite of Nick Drake's songs, and the only one I ever learned to (almost) play. But I heard it again for the first time tonight. Thank you, Josh.
I have seen and heard several Nick Drake interpreters, but I find these performances surprisingly faithful to the sound and the soul of this incredible and unfortunately prematurely deceased artist. Thanks again Josh.
