On the contrary, I highly doubt that this version will NOT be available at launch. Everyone says that Korean games don't sync updates on Korean servers with global servers, but that's the case for all games, like BDO, for instance. I think that NCSoft will bet all their coins on Global T&L, ensuring it receives game updates as soon as possible.
1. Runs/Artifacts, I guess just more busy work because you cant trade them, that means you cant even buy them from the action house. 2. If this Life skills give Bonus for the Dungeons or PVP then the problem starts, even more busy work. 3. 3v3 Arena is nice, but I hope they dont balance around that. Not sure what rewards they want to give because if they are too good then everybody needs to play 3v3 but if not why should they play it.
Well 3v3 arena is coming to the game next week so I will be able to check it out and let you guys know what it gives and also if its balanced or not because if its not this could cause a issue where someone who has spent money to have BIS gear will just be too strong.
Cap will be at 50 once they release it globally. KR will always be ahead when it comes to the updates/version just like in BDO before. So might as well familiarize yourself with everything in the KR server, especially if you haven't played it yet.
Probably all system changes and gameplay mechanics will be implemented on release and all actual content/zones will be gatekept for a later patch. This is the same Amazon did with Lost Ark content. Also, that skill system where each splits into five is the same premise from the tripod system in Lost Ark. The only difference being here it seems to get to choose from five different skill behaviors for once skill that you already had and in lost Ark, you chose from three different modifiers that change the skill behavior(It will be interesting to see how they differ, but it’s still a good system) Even though if it’s more like the lost Ark system, it doesn’t help the meta reasoning. De los arc systems still had the met and if you went without it, you were missing out hard based on your class. So they probably do it differently give it skill, five different ways to execute it, which are just as powerful as the next. The rules literally seem like the socket or gem system from any game, such as Diablo for maybe Combination from Path of exile. They really can’t get too crazy with it because they don’t have time to test in house and everything needs to be balanced, especially for PVP by July.
I think for western release some of this has to come forward, I know there have been good changes, but this is an expansion of sorts so I expect possibly this shows up at launch or maybe a few months later. They did mention regional variants which might mean the KR version has some variations that the western release does not have.
After they had a very long Q&A session and they said that both versions will have the same quality of life versions so from how I understand that should mean we would have the skill changes BUT we wont have the content so at the start we wont have the new Region and the new dungeons etc but we wont know for sure till we get closer to global launch and can see.
@ItsMrO it's a mobile style idle farming system. By it self is not prob an issue but it's like all the mobile style games that allow you to swipe for better collection rates.. I hope I'm wrong but it makes sense to put code from on game into another. The scary part is lineage w is one of the worst p2w game in the world so just worry that the direction is a bad. Choice. Gonna take a guess: Global Open Beta will be on the 'Updated' build that all these changes are coming to. We'll break it, report bugs, yadda yadda... Then they can fix it up for the KR release of said build. Then they'll have a week or three to let KR break it, report bugs, yadda yadda... and we get the Most Polished vs of the now "Current KR Build". I'm like... 73.333% sure that's what happened with LOA, yeah? Either way; I can't help but get hyped for a game that is focused around the two best parts of MMOs (imho) Slamming Your Face into Dungeons to Power Up, and PvP to Use Said Power.
That's what I was kinda thinking and hopefully that is the case but we shall see not that long now to find out either way NCsoft are doing an amazing job!
We probably won't get this version for 6 months to a year after global release. My experience with NC Soft is that they tend to prioritize Korean players first and the rest of us get what we get.

@@ItsMrO Interesting! So they may implement the runes and trait system, but wait to unlock the new regions and level cap. That would make sense since they have time until global release and they have open beta coming soon to test the new updates.

All the repetitive same quest over and over ?… wait last question did they add randomized interior dungeons or ppl still do to the same dungeon over and over for weeks ? I waited this game for too long, to have the worse experience of gaming since 2003.
@@dv487 The P2W system isnt going anywhere no and tbh as a F2P you can do everything just fine would I like it to not be there yes of course but sadly every MMO these days has some form of P2W… with regards to the cheats we will have to see and Im not sure what MMOs you play but doing dungeons over and over is just what you do till more ones come… eitherway its free game so when it comes out over here you either play it or you dont it is what it is and if you dont hopefully you find another game you enjoy 👍🏽.

I played the most recent beta and barely scratched the game and have been itching to get back in, but not really wanting to do the vpn route.
Honestly the open beta is next month so try that and then full global release is in Sept so you might as well just wait now
