no it does not! i have NEVER been in a random battle that any more than 2-3 are interested in moving forwards.
I've never seen anyone interested in moving in at all in random battle and anyone that does gets obliterated by the enemy team also hiding in their spawn

I believe I fell victim to the pasta assault by none other than Sea Lord himself. My flank got smacked and I was left alone vs SLM in a Napoli, a Mickey, a DD, never did see a BB though. I too was in a Mickey, but I just didn't have enough meatball....

Love the S tier. But one does not talk about the three Kitis. Most players are too dumb to figure that out, but give them that idea, and you damned us all!!!

Nice assortment of strategies. Funny from the last video you were discussing how WG has decided that shotgunning is the terror of the submarine force and yet that is tier F. I agree that it has its problems. I have been trying to do it (low-level subs though) and almost always get killed, so I am glad you brought up that it is not that easy.

One particular strategy I really love to watch is similar to the last one - a Schlieffen and two Vampire IIs, which allows for permanent smoke!

Joker pencil trick strategy: pick not one, not two, but three 460mm+ ships (or any guaranteed overmatch on the corresponding level). Shikishimas are my personal favorite for such a strat. Aim and fire salvo on one broadside target. Ta-da-a-am! It's... Gone.
Key Question: How are you coordinating attacks and communicating? Most people are just inclined to sail solo these days!
Me and my friend we a strategy that we call double trouble we take the premium italian DD FR25 and the strategy itself is simple we go on cap point we chose a target that threatens the cap point right before we get spoted one of us uses smoke and if we are still not close enough and the smoke will end we just swap places and continue in full speed and when we get in the right distance ( the closer the better) we just delete the ship usualy we use it against battle ships
I'm bummed, I was looking forward to learning what the best ships at Tier 2 are.

Ever since the last strat vid i would love to do the brawling strat.
Some pla ing ciuld be an idea. Fight the metta, do shove my Guissy down center of Brothers often. 2 passes in front to catch fast movers then go in myself.
I'm thinking, a Essex line cv+ a Schlieffen(or two, or what ever secondary monstrosity), Essex build on the fighter planes and pull a line of smoke for the Schlieffen and let the fun begin!
Remember the fighter planes, well let those cvs regret it if they try to challenge the Schlieffen's aa, cause they gonna meet the Essex fighters.
Don't know which tier it would be, but I'm grinding the Schlieffen line for this

Then there is the strategy of the low teir battleships, cruisers, and destroyers who are by the carrier or behind the carrier because they are too scared to scratch their paint
My guess is a division of 3 people who all have Kitakamis have enough experience ( considering what it took to get a Kitakami) to crush the enemy with any other 3 ships working together. While fun, not sure it's a strategy that can be used by the masses.

I was expecting more sarcastic strats. these are actually legit, even if they are niche in some cases.
People wouldn't be having a harder and harder time grasping the concept of fun if WG wasn't constantly trading in game fun for profit...
You forgot about using 3 gulios or 3 minikazis…or 3 agincourts. These divs are flat out seal clubbing

Back before all the gimics and power creeps(1st two years after release) it was always about fun for my friends and I. Some of the tips you present worked very well with fewer and lower tier ships.
One good smoke DD and a secondary build Bayern or above was always a hoot. When the lead enemy DD runs into the cap and then gets riddled with secondaries followed by a full HE volley from the rear of the smoke screen would reliably delete a DD.
Lower tiers remove the threat of radar, making it more fun and effective. One can almost see the brown streaks coming from the bridge of the enemy ship.
Playing against the meta is always more fun. If a seemingly stupid tactic works, it's not stupid.
Clan Battles with seven Shimakazes is 105 torps. The "Tsunami of Skill" my clan used helped to show WG that adjustments were advised 😂
I remember during the first season of clan battles...
7 shimakaze enemy lineup...
they didn't stand a chance...

I thought the goal was just to sit outside the cap zone the whole match and complain when nobody spots for you, and then not shoot at the spotted ships when someone spots them…

Hey sea lord your videos are great btw I like to ask one thing the strategy you tell of graf Zeppelin and two kidd in Your video instead of two kidd can I remove one kidd and instead put Bismarck in it for more firepower with secondary build in it
The 2 DDs are there to alternate smoke screens. You can play it how you like, but with only 1 smoke screen, it won't work as shown.

@@atharvaguptaix-c7210 That's cool, if the DDs were there for any other reason, maybe, but you need that long lasting American smoke and the ability to keep it going.
@@BlackHearthguard yeah you are right but with the amount of automatic secondaries with Bismarck guns you can actually finish enemy very fast with only one smokescreen and also don't forgot about the armour of graf Zeppelin
You kinda need both DDs as the idea is to keep the GZ constantly in smoke and unspotted
