Ninja h2 or superlegerra? Superlegerra is really just a limited edition v4r where everything is made of carbon fiber so it drops almost 50 pounds of weight. With race exhaust and fuel you get ninja h2 horsepower while naturally aspirated and 150 pounds lighter than the h2
WOW I haven't kept up to motorcycles since the 90's. My GSX1000R was $9000. Now these things are $28,000. Amazing technology and power changes since 90's
These aren't the standard editions though. The standard cbr 1000 is 12k USD cheaper.

The engine of rcv and cbr is different. Crossplane engine is more inspired by M1 MotoGP.

I already own the New R1. I couldn't be happier. When a bike does what you want it to do. When you want it to do it. You have the perfect bike. There's no point in comparing it to someone else.

This bikes have different strength ofcourse blade is faster but It less agile on Track, i could say it Depends on Rider what Play style on Track Race,
@Cremist Don't be so defensive about your bike choice. Fireblade is better in regards to specs, but if you enjoy riding the R1 more than that's all you need to justify your purchase. This video was just for those who put specs into consideration before owning a bike, and Fireblade was the clear winner.

Between these two is such a hard decision. Even as someone who will never push either near their limit. I think the R1 Looks slightly better...so I'm swayed that direction. Though the CBR spec for spec might be slightly better.

I'm a HUGE yamaha fan, have 2 right now. I'm almost equally a Honda fan. Once sorted, sounds like the Honda is hard to beat. R1's are beautiful, Fireblade even more so! Yep, sign me up for the HONDA.

Nah the CBR is probably the best bike for the track in general but there are many factors to consider here.
I would say that is more because of the riders than the bikes. Toprak is just really good.
After all,yamaha hasn't won in WSBK for long time,just last year.it's just FACTOR LUCK 😅 !!

R1M is the good mail , first to have the Motogp type electronics back in 2015 , looks almost European & has mid range over the Honda which most tests saying its power is all up top, but what a top-end rush it would be with 215 HP Faaaaark me what a pisser & amazing for a production Motorcycle.
Both Bikes would be competitive in Super Bike racing not that long ago.

R1M is still the best superbike until now, if Italy has Panigale / V4, then Japan has R1 / R1M. The body shape of the R series now is like MotoGP, I really like that. When compared with other competitors such as Kawasaki, Suzuki and Honda. Well, but it depends on your taste, I prefer the sound of crossplane and v4. How about you guys?

There are some factors that one should consider, that aren't mentioned in any datasheet. Factors where usually Honda nails it.
Reliability. Ease of Use. Ergonomics. Maintainance. Comfort. After-Sales Support.
Honda Products, are almost always bound to be user friendly to the next level, and people seem to forget that.
A couple of HP more, are less important than a bike that will ALWAYS be there for you.
PS. I'M NOT DISSING ON YAMAHAS. Obviously they are very well-put together machines. I'm just saying Honda takes things to the next level usually.
