I mentioned this before and it's funny everytime I type this. It's actually called the "aaaaahhhh" scratch sample. Google it 🙏 🤣
I use cue scratch but the fader is used too. Can make some seriously cool cuts !

Honestly. You don't need to know the exact voltage. It will work with any 240w plug.

Approximately 4.5 Lakhs bro. But it's not at all required for home use. All you need is a basic controller and you can do the same.

The scratching hacks are not Pioneer CDJ specific. It can be done on any brand of media players or controllers that have que buttons, pitch faders and ‘wide mode’. That is 95 percent of modern dj gear.
