Note:
People, I actually meant 3 Beat Loop and not a 3 Bar loop.
I just realized, I said Bars instead of beats when explaining polyrhythmic loops. Coz I was relating bars with the bars right above the waveform so people can Visually understand.
Usually people relate 1 Bar with 4 Beats.
I apologise. But you get the point 🤣

@@domeniquexander_ hey. Wrong. There is definitely a loop mode option on the XDJ 700. pls chk again. Try tapping on the perform tab on the top and right and loop for loop mode at the bottom left.

There’s a much easier way to do the last slip loop recall. Just create a hotcue on that bit and press the hotcue for the desired time while slip is on
AS usual amazing video, I knew just back spinning from using turntables bu what you did is much better with just stopping it, never thought of that. Good one the rest was a day in school. Keep up the good work. I cannot wait for 3 as I started as a DJ with Scratching back in the 70's...

These I knew about. :D These things are labeled somehow & I have had the luck to just test everything I could find on a NXS2 kit. Part 1 was mindblowing tho, those secondary commands with no labeling at all.
One thing I think not many knows is you can connect a SP1 or XP1 to the NXS2:s & get performance pads. I own a SP1 just for that reason. :)
Haha. Interesting. Connecting the XP1 to NXS 2 is like running it in handicapped mode. 🤣
Yeah, XP1 is like to many pads for the NXS2 atm. But it is nice having the performance pads.
& as you said: future CDJ:s might have their own pads. 👍

What would help with these videos he's doing is if he actually specified what model's can and can't do what he is referring to. I have the 900NXS and they can do a lot of the same things the 2000 series can do but some not in the same way or not at all. I think if he did this it would help his CZcams audience very much.

Actually many dj don't even know how to use the cdj 2000 features. I'll not take name bt there is 1 reputed dj in industry.... who always demand cdj nx2 & even djm 2000nx.... as his name is big... so i thought I'll get to learn something so i stand next to him n watch his set for 1 hrs.... my eyes wer completely on his console... n literally i was shocked 🙄 his 1 track is alredy pre mix with another track... n then he mix 3rd track on next cdj... bt in between that pre mix tracks... he jst rotate knobs of empty mixer channels... in his 1hr set he use no effect on cdj or djm.... at last he use Echo bt it's not on perfect time... so I'm not getting why this djs demand for latest dj gear's as they are playing like a virtual dj software
