So with six cup holders just for the driver, the driver could actually drink a whole six pack of beer at the same time while driving .... absolutely amazing!
The only downside is that even in this environment where a lot of dealers are in pain, you still can't find one without either waiting for 6 months or overpaying 5k.
I agreed, you have to find northern area for AWD, where in south? Just FWD and found no market up in rainbow city AL where I got my 24 woodland.

I have a 2023 Sienna XSE and love it for my family of five! I know Kelly showed how far back the second row captains chairs go back and said it was ridiculous, but I love that feature. My younger two still need me to buckle them, one FF and one RF. With the FF child’s seat pushed all the way back, it makes it easy for my oldest to get in and out of the third row (HBB) for car line. It also provides a space for diaper changes and keeps my middle child’s feet off of the seat back. While I agree the door could slide back farther, as someone on the shorter side, I don’t find it hard to get my RF child in and out, but I also don’t have to make room for a tall driver. Overall- we love it!

Wife and I test drove this new style minivan in 2021 and for sure you’re definitely correct about the wind noise, it’s the reason we did NOT buy it we ended up getting the 2021.5 VW Atlas SEL Premium it’s been Fantastic
Went to the dealership in November to test drive a sequoia and grand highlander, ended up with a 2024 platinum sienna! My first mini van and I’m loving it. But I agree, give us 8 passenger options in the higher trim levels! We’re obviously willing to pay for it
I LOVE my Sienna. I have 2 RF seats and 1 FF so I put the FF in the middle 3rd row and the 2 RF in the 2nd row. I agree the door needs to slide open more but I just slide the 2nd row up to put kid in the slide it all the way back. That way, my son in the 3rd row can get out easily between the drivers seat and the 2nd row car seat for school drop off! It works so well. I also fit my BabyTrend wagon and Chicco stroller in the trunk! 🤯🤯

Rather than the Sienna, they should bring Alphard or Lexus LM to the US
Alphard and LM are definitely nice MPV's, and are way more luxurious. But they aren't as easy to use and spacious as a mini-van. And they're a bit pricier, especially the LM.
Do you know if this trim has adjustable pedals? Or would you need to go to a higher trim?

I love the Sienna but couldn't buy one because the one we drove had no airflow in the middle row unless the third row vents were completely closed and apparently it's a common issue. I may have mentioned this on another Sienna video of yours - sorry if I am repeating myself. 😆
I have a 2023 xse and I noticed this issue!! No airflow coming out of middle vents. Going to close my third row vents now….
@kathrynwhitten5368 It should help. I just hate that it's an issue! That's what the dealer told us to do but I said I'd like all my passengers to be comfortable so that it was a deal breaker for me.

In my 2021 I have a middle seat in 2nd row that’s removable!
@@maryshaw6571 In the previous generation you could remove all the second row seats. It is cumbersome and Toyota left raised runners in the floor. But it is incredibly handy when need max storage capacity as you basically have a cargo van.
As someone who can’t stand SUVs or pick up trucks, I wholeheartedly approve of this video

Wind noise was a deal breaker for my wife when we tried last year. I guess we should go for that platinum trim...

Oh man I didn’t know it started at $50,000 😮
This is the third trim level so the two below it start at 38k and $42k. This is also AWD which tacks on about $2500.
You ain't finding one below 50k even basic is 50k plus.

Grand highlander vs Sienna for family use practicality
A similarly equipped Honda Odyssey, abeit FWD only, is about 8-10k less. You can buy a lot of gas with 10k and the Odyssey is smoother and quieter than the Sienna
2024 XLE bench seat has the seatbelts on the side 😭 rather than the seat

except exterior design this car is very outdated compare to current option in market and for whatever reason Toyota's arrogant action making people wait for years of this car turned everyone away.
I love Toyotas, but not the Sienna. I do not understand the hype. The Sienna is such an afterthought for Toyota. They don't make many of them because they would rather focus on the Grand Highlanders and Sequoias. The interior sucks even on the top trim. The infotainment is so outdated -- the back-up camera is so grainy. The rear seats will literally pop-up if you have them folded down and hit a bump because they don't fully lock into place, The van is LOUD and sounds ridiculous if you are on the highway -- it sounds like a lawnmower. The problem is the car is so underpowered so when you have a car full of people it's like the little engine that could. It's fine for city driving, but not highway. Oh, and unless you get the Platinum, you won't have wireless Apple Car play or even a 360 camera. WTH. Also, literally plastic seats (SoftTex) on all trims except Limited and Platinum. Definitely test drive this first before you buy. If only Lexus would make a minivan!!
That exterior looks like it’s an alien design…ugly in my opinion
