It's actually fairly easy to condition your legs and organs to take that kind of drop, I drop from heights like that almost daily. (Trust me, I'm a proficient Traceur)
@Willy Wanker well they are not landing on hard surface ..its a sand pit(not a very deep one it looks like) and most import is to distribute the force and the timing of it too, notice they land first with their feet and then use their hands to absorb some of the impact and always try to carry the momentum and dont just fully stop after the jump ...its hard to explain but think like u will do fluid motion and want to use the momentum of the fall into moving forward as soon as you land, this doesnt make much sense but this helps a lot

@@Habsnska nah its not that much force , a roll may slow you done if u wont execute it perfectly. maybe thats why none of them is doing any roll to reduce impact

As a traceur (person who does parkour) this is so diferrent from our style they use their body strength more than techniques that being said that stride was so cool

I did a military pentathlon years ago and we had to do the whole nata assault course in one go at speed. Not just a section as part of a relay. If you cant taste the iron in your lungs at the end of the o course you didnt go fast enough.

Not really, I can take any drops up to 15 ft without rolling without any issues. It's just a matter of training and conditioning.

@@Zoza15 Took years of jumping off of things for fun but the years of doing that plus the Parkour training I started doing later have given me legs of steel. (I am a competent Traceur).

speed is what matters otherwise anyone can do it. without speed it would be useless. In military you have to be fast and quick you don't get time to think and then react. BTW, they are highly trained professionals.
