I cannot stress how enjoyable watching your battle reports are. I hate watching the top down only! Some channels don't even show the shooting arrows so you can't see what's going on!

Psychic powers aren't affected by reduced ballistic skill from being injured (Core Rules FAQ, page 6)... you'd have been still hitting on 3s for Fluxblast.

I have yo say this is the best Kill Team channel out there. Great Production, lots of heart, and always a ton of fun. Keep it up.
Spells are not affected by injured. There’s an FAQ about it because it’s not equipment. So you always hit on full skill with them.

with the mb3 drone’s recon suite ability, you can only use it to get a free dash in the scouting step, not select another option for free. fantastic bat rep as always though.
also, analyse lets you reroll any or all of your dice, not just one. so you could have rerolled both misses against the leader from the marksman

This makes me so happy, like not in a mean way, I feel like I always make a bad move in the first round that tanks my game or my dice abandon me and to see that happen to someone who plays this all the time gives me hope that one day I’ll get it right - or this is a sign that tzeentch loves messing with dice

Warpcoven break my heart, every time. I love this team, but they never seem to deliver for me.
It's a product of the tzangors and rubrics abysmal kit design. Tzangors were for silver tower so they get a pass but the rubric marines were made for 40k and they could give them at least some plasma.

This always seemed like a tough match-up for Warp Coven. The Pathfinders can just annihilate those super important sorcerer units.

oof losing that Sorc on the first activation and the four ones! Tzeentch does not smile on you friend. I personally dont run Zaangors with warpcoven anymore, they just run in with their chicken legs and die usually. I find the rubrics just perform better and their infernal boltguns AP is amazing and and and .... they just look cool.
You guys put out the best battle reports, but this one was tough to watch. I thought the terrain setup was terrible. There was too much open space for fire lanes, unsafe drop zones and vantage points too close to the drop zones. All of this combined into making for uninteresting game that ended after two turning points.
Going forward I'd like to see you two play with a game with the Octarius terrain set. There are quite a few ways to set that up in such a way neither shooting or melee teams have a large advantage over the other.

im new and im a bit confused on how do you select your units, because i found out a compendium pdf which has the possible army compositions, but when comparing it to yours, you have some different units than the ones in the compendium or different amount of them, can anyone explain this?
They are not playing compendium. Warpcoven is the updated version of thousand sons. And pathfinders are a bespoke team

I need to know what songs you use to introduce all your kill teams in the beginning montage. Those always go so hard.
Do like playing Pathfinders. And did notice at 7:49 that the Sorc should have been dead. as those Rails are 4/4 mw 2 and 3 crits is 6mw. even if one is saved against mw still happens as it happens before defence dice. and the other 2 hits that go through is 8 so 14w in total. Rail rifles are nasty. But yeah dice do be dice.

i notice that the pathfinders have 10 operatives and 1 mb3 drone. i think in errata seys that must take 1 less operative . so... 9 operatives and 1 mb3 drone .
it was 13 and errata’d to 12
A worthy cause - how can you use that if you don't meet the distance requirements to the center objective or enemy mode. Seems like a Tactical Ploy that can only be used later in the game.
I don’t think, in 40 years of gaming, I’ve ever seen anyone roll 5 out of 5 ones.

I don't think that marine can dash down from the container. He must spend 2 movement points for vertical distance and he has 1 inch to place his 32mm base which is not enough.
Also marksmak can't do "markerlight" action
