@TheLukaCeeChannel is hosting a group build on his Facebook page, and this is my entry video! I'm looking forward to getting this adventure under way!
You know, props to you for FINALLY giving these über-talented megabuilders an excuse to flex on us plebes! It's high time the TRUE ARTISANS jumped into a group build to show us *The Way™!* They can finally lay aside their keyboards and let their craftsmanship do the talking!!
Look forward to your build up Ajax! I wanted to do this one but I blew my hobby budget like a kid in a toy store last month. Ebay makes it too easy to buy stuff 😂
Thanks! I've got a couple of ideas, so I'm going to try and pin one down rather than building multiple kits in tandem like I've fallen into doing on these last couple builds.
Great Video Ajax. I built this in the past and do remember it having some really annoying issues like the front bumper not fitting right. I'll look forward to seeing what you do with her.
I’m slowly working on mine. But it’s not my priority build at the moment. It is for sure a challenging kit; lots of flash, mis-shapen parts, and short-shot bucket seats. I’m trying real hard to get a better fit of the front grill (headlight buckets specifically) to the body. Good luck!
As a child of those original (pre-tech) kits, of course they are not perfect and MPC was pretty low on what they produced. BUT these kits were children's toys and not expensive. We had our fun building them even if things didn't fit exactly and weren't dead nuts accurate. Many of us didn't even know cars well enough to worry about whether it was accurate to every nut and bolt. There are always neigh sayers hiding behind icons and avatars. I say, "Ajax, have fun with it!"
THIS! I like.☝️😋
Very well put.

I hope you have fun with this Ajax. I will be watching.👍😉
Cool video Ajax. Will be fun to see what you do with it. Ron
This is one of the group builds that I actually have one of the kits in my stash Looking forward to how this goes.
Haha, I like the video! I'm looking forward to seeing your progress on the kit. 😎👍
You and me both! Let's hope I can make the magic happen on this one.

Have fun with the 67 GTO build Ajax.😊
Awesome. Look foward to seeing what you do with this build.

It’s not a bad kit. I’m going to build another one that’s not so radical since my first one for the group build snowballed. lol. Have fun with it🤘

Looking forward to the build Ajax! 👍
Thanks! My hope is that I can bring the vision in my head out onto the plastic.
Yes sir I also entered the group Build it has a few challenges, but it does build into a decent model
Well said my friend!! light those fires!! LOL
I'm looking forward to being taken to school!

Good luck and have fun!
Thank you, sir!
I've been working on mine for a while. I had never built this kit before, but had heard so many bad things about it, I took up the challenge!
It's not great, but it's not unbuildable. Granted, my kit has a warped body, so I'll have to soak it in steaming hot water to straighten it out.

Trust me, sir... I'm having a blast! At this point, I'm just trying to determine body color and powerplant. Decisions, decisions...
Look forward to see how yours turns out.
Thank you, sir. It's going to be good times, I think.

@@marsgarage8217 I don't believe so. We'll have to remedy that!
