- This week in Cape Tribulation is action packed! We go in search of some of the most breathtaking beaches in Australia, hike for hours for epic views & rope swing into paradise in The Daintree.
Years ago (when Dunc was a wee lad) he travelled to Cape Trib with his Dad (Marky Mark) and found a beach that is “B.R.E.A.T.H.T.A.K.I.N.G”
But can we find it? Watch til the end to find out.
First though, we get up early to go hiking up Mount Sorrow. Aptly named! This day hike through the jungle is epic, and the view from the top… pretty specky!
We (rope) swing into Emmagen Creek to cool off, before 4wding the Bloomfield Track and back in search of the ‘beautiful remote beach’ that Duncan talks so fondly of.
The Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland has some of the best swimming holes, hiking, 4wding and beaches in the world.
Join us in Part 2 as we acquaint ourselves with this land. We leave our caravan in amongst the rainforest then get straight out in the Ford Ranger to explore.

How do you guys not have more subs! My brother and I are going to Daintree next year with our kids for a boating camping trip and these kind of vids get me super excited! Keep up the great work guys

You'll have the best time! We're so jealous of your boat, we're toying up selling the van, getting a roof top tent instead so we can tow a boat. Especially on the East Coast there are so many incredible islands to explore... We'll see, never say never!

You'll have to get a boat I would love to see you guys post up vids of where you go with all the dive spots that are super secluded and even just doing over nighters on the water is amazing. We’ve been working hard on trying to capture the essence and soul of each place we visit. Listening to how the landscapes make us feel and hoping o recreate even a small amount of that feeling in the video. Sounds like it’s paying off 😁
