Neroon was another surprising MVP in B5. Just when I thought he would be a constant foil, he had an epiphany (that started in this episode). His character arc as a minor, recurring character is better than most lead character arcs in shows today.

The invasion and colonisation of the America's by Spain.etc. Most despots try to claim they are doing goods work. Even Trump who has taken Hitlers example is proclaimed by Christian nationalists to be the new Messiah (as sickening that as that is asJesus never raped anyone.) Where ever there is war, atrocity etc, someone is using religion to get a famatic base to do their bidding.
The irreverence of Marcus always made a good episode even better, point in case, the look on the faces of Delenn and Lannier when they heard Neroon laugh.
Minbari humour is based on not learning from great revelations, to hear Marcus shrug off Neroon great revelation with in a way that less uncomfortable line is the height of Minbari humour,
"You are not Minbari" is a powerful setup here. One could argue that becoming Minbari is the goal of the younger races in order to replace the old ones. Even to the level that to be born "Minbari" does not make one Minbari, but it is a journey of the soul.
I enjoyed the story told in the DVD commentary where Marcus' actor, having landed a good gig as a recurring character in a popular TV show, got the script for this episode and was horrified to find his character soundly defeated in a duel to the death with an elite Minbari warrior. Fearing the worst, he flipped through the script until he came upon the infirmary scene with the stage direction "Marcus slowly and painfully opens one eye" ... in the margin of which somebody had written "You can start breathing again, Jason"!
I have say it already loud before a while and I write it also now, Marcus here, in Babylon 5, and Jesus in the Walking Dead, such a waste (series deads) of two great actors, famous roles, but, some others, mostly wannabe stars and roles they push, that is the negative side of wokeness, I am happy that I was grown up in former, better times

Neroon was such an awesome character. John Vickery was a perfect choice. He had that deep stage voice that just rang with authority and conviction.
