Owning is great experience for growth . But is that a sign of your maxed out in your current peers and seniors? I think it would be time to find a place of higher quality at that point ?
I'm not sure if owning things is an absolute indicator of outgrowing your environment, but if you are the only one owning things for a long enough period of time, you may want to consider looking elsewhere.
