Hafa... 🙏🏻... Love to Nigeria from 🇨🇭 😊
We love you guys! We appreciate all of you who decided Switzerland to be their second home.
I, personally, have learned a lot about the world, different points of view, and much more just by talking to you guys! I've also never met a group of people that has such an astonishing work-ethic! Swiss people are kinda famous for being very punctual, hard-working, and detail-oriented in everything we do... but all of my Nigerian friends are even more "Swiss" in that way and we often joke around about that...
I'm so sorry, tho, that your beautiful homeland is getting destroyed - as we speak - primarily due to corruption... and I'm sorry that the already existing corruption gets used by huge European, Asian, and American corporations, in order to enrich themselves... leaving native Nigerians to fend for themselves.
I hope that friendship and love will prevail 🙏🏻 ❤

I love my people and love the culture and what we have accomplished, plus mostly I’m very proud of our younger generation that are studying hard in Nigeria and around the world 🌍 lets hope the younger generation will bring the changes needed for our people to benefit and enjoy the fruits of our ancestors. Before the Delta ere ! As Nigeria is reported to be on top of the poverty line through out Afrika That still today our people are suffering The delta river is a problem for the local people. The royal Niger company are major players and are in partnership with the Nigeria Elites still today . That dont care but for themselves. Because of the delta niger the British wife Fredrick Lugard. Gave the name Nigeria. The flag was the joining of the north and south that the British put in place through the royal Niger company which really still owns Nigeria 🇳🇬 a cooperation. So its the younger generation and the coming together of great minds of the people in Nigeria that can bring the changes needed.

The ancestors of Nigerians have lived in the same location for over 25,000 years consecutively and the jungles are filled with many forgotten ancient civilisations. They would be discovered in the future or a city would be built on their remains without anyone ever finding out because in Nigeria, the builders do not escalate the floor by digging it up to prepare it for buildings like they do in the West. They are believed to be building on land reclaimed from virgin jungle or forests so they just dig up the foundations, raise it 3 feet or more then do a sand filling and German flooring and then build the house straight up filling the ground with soil and cement or concrete.

I love my people and very proud of the culture younger generation of today. !! Let’s hope they will bring the changes needed and NOT carry on the traditional of the Elites of Nigeria and the famous royal Niger company, that has kept us in poverty . Because of the Delta the homeland was named by the wife of the British man head of the Niger company, mr Fredrick Lugard . Niger + area was born the name Nigeria 🇳🇬 the flag was the coming together of the north and south , which was put in place by the British. Today the royal Niger company is still in partnership with the Nigeria Elites. The problem is deeper than corruption. As Nigeria 🇳🇬 is a cooperation instead of a homeland for our people. CHANGE is needed .

I'm American with Nigerian Ancestry, interesting enough I want to know more about my ancestry
40% Nigerian, 17% mali and 8% benin. And of course 10% British which is oddly weird... respectively from ancestry.com. I would love to visit those places one day.
