Boy, oh Boy, did I need this right now. I'm preparing for total knee replacement surgery, after getting a new hip just last winter. My landlord is threatening me with eviction, I'm 71 years old, and I barely get by on my fixed income. I carry a copy of The Dokkodo with me at all times. I remind myself of The Buddha's ordeal under the Bodhi Tree, alone and besieged, and I use every ounce of my spiritual energy to persevere, and keep my sword sheathed. Read Book Of Five Rings at your pace. Most importantly watch Statue of Wisdom. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. He has a video about Anger being your friend. Using Musashi. & How to use your anger for thriving rather than self destruction. I had the same problem and still have to use introspection daily. It’s lifelong, and worth every second.

I ended up studying Buddhism Taoism
As a kid the samurai (fuedal Japan era )
was my first culture I studied and loved Bruce Lee ( found out about musashi )
There teaching and the Bible’s are like mirrors 🪞 s shining the same reflection in different shades
Yet I see the wisdom in all cultures
I came back to God and learned about fasting and living walking right and I heard God and the words I love you
One night durning a fast then had visions in my sleep
So I determined this God made everything everyone has his breath and spirit in it
Therefore the world imitates him
Then later I learned Bruce Lee become a Christian and Jesus apparently spent years among Buddhist people temples and Egypt and its scribes temples
I learned and I’ve done Astro projection by will through sheer faith and meditation not ceremonies ir witchcraft like many do
That’s the lazy way
I met Egyptian spirits that bright me back when I tried to not return to my body. An angel or spirit that looked lie Horus the eagle head God if Egyptian people’s faith in Gold armor forced me back to earth. But was kind showed me some secrets about pyramids
How they used them to teleport and raise energy
Later I learned most likely those spirits were my ancestors
