    So as someone who’s only actually given Holocure a try after your Kiara video, she felt like the perfect beginner character because of the HP being so high and allowing me to be so careless but Ina felt pretty slow/not as “flashy” so I kinda strayed away from her but after watching this I definitely might have to give her another try gameplay-wise as using the comparison of “caster/mage in Diablo” definitely is an enticing enough comparison for me to take another look plus the spiral tentacle special is pretty friggin cool too.
    Also, shoutout to Fauna being my first “Gacha” character, double shoutout to her being mentioned at 19:10

      She's definitely the least beginner-friendly of all the starting girls! Her playstyle just necessitates so much attention and micromanagement for comparatively small payoffs. Great if you want a highly-interactive character! But I think Ina- at least as of the last couple releases - keeps getting adjusted just as new updates introduce new mechanics that push the game forward, and thus always makes her feel like she's a step behind others. Even when effective, it makes her kit feel kinda "old", though you could say that about all the Myth girls really.
      Congrats on Fauna! I think my first-ever pull was Mumei!

    Ina's main weapon has been pretty good since 0.4, when Kay Yu buffed the hit rate of the main tentacle so that it could hit the same target twice. It was also buffed in 0.5 to have 3 chain tentacles instead of 1. I think the Marking Stamp would be good on Ina, since you can't really control what The Forbidden Wah activates on and this way you can ensure the large hits aren't wasted on the regular enemies. I also think the Marking Stamp is just a really strong anti-boss stamp to begin with. It could even work well with Beetle and a giant Takodachi to nuke a boss. Plushie is definitely for those who cling onto the past. I do remember the days when Ina lock existed. The spinning tentacles of Ina's special count as ranged attacks. Ina's Void skill always feels like it's just the right size, so that it slows nearby enemies without slowing down distant ones, especially those pesky ranged enemies.
    19:31 ah yes, the super collab that is broken on everyone. Except for Aqua, it is only half broken on her. 21:12 for me, the money farming method is doing a bunch of testing and then ending up with more HoloCoins than I know what to do with lol. 14:16 I really don't understand the point of the Crit Damage +10% enchantment, the Damage +15% enchantment directly outclasses it. 1.15 times on all hits is simply better than 1.1 times damage on crits.

      Can't wait for 0.7 when super collabs gets nerfed into the earth's crust after just being introduced! God you speak the truth though - how do you really farm money in HoloCure? By prepping for a "how to farm money" video. I feel like the dudes selling the get rich quick books now, maybe I'll skip out on that video for the time being... Maybe until it feels the smoke's cleared and potential hotfixes are done being sent out?
      Crit damage enchantment has its veeeery situational uses yeah. Unless your character is built around crits, either for constant critical hits or special crit multipliers (Bae, Suisei, Calli), then yeah it's basically always inferior. ATK Up Stamp is the one versatile exception since it's giving both +ATK and +crit dmg! I'd probably hold onto +crit dmg in that case.

      @@Petrishaone option for coin farming is the classic IRyS skull stamp combo
      (and obviously super chat and halu)

    Someone please fill in the rest of the class as to what the heck that giant Takodachi did at around 18:36, did that dude seriously just absorb smaller ones at the perfect timings to "teleport" around

    • @Calgerot
      @Calgerot Před rokem +4

      At about 18:34 you can see a very small Takodachi between the cutting boards, a Pemaloe, and the giant Takodachi. Soon after the giant Takodachi combines with it at 18:38. At about the same time, the Ancient One converts a Moomo Moonafic that is just above a Nun-nun Soratomo and an Aqua Crew that is just above a Miofa, then these two both get absorbed by the giant Takodachi.

      @@Calgerot How could the Takos do this to me

      I think it's like cut and paste stuff. You see that she converted any fans into harmless takodachi, the big harmless tako will just jumped into the small one and merged with them instead.

    Are you aware of the _original_ synergy between Ina and the Plushie, since you actually recommend it as an item for her? They were both changed to remove both halves of the combo, but it was originally the absolute most powerful thing in the entire game, and is why we actually know how the scaling actually changes once past the first hour.

    • @Petrisha
      @Petrisha  Před rokem

      Yep I'm well aware of the combo! Probably was partially to blame for Piki's first rework too since it synergized so well with the Takos' and Plushie's on-hit at the time. Thanks for watching!

    Now that Ina is done...
    Time for the direct opposite gameplay character:
    Calliope Mori. Or Calli for short.
    This short-ranged, critical based, melee reaper is the one I picked first.
    Nurse's horn (life steal) and Size up sticker (increases scythe swing) are the two that I recommend for beginners.
