Inflatable human powered aircraft "Reluctant Phoenix" early demonstarations.

This is an 8mm film of the early demontrations of the inflatable human powered aircraft named Reluctant Phoenix designed by the late Dan Perkins who worked at RAE Cardington. The film was taken at Hampstead London in the mid to late 70s. Onlookers were friends. Dan's widow bequethed the airvcraft to me after Dan sadly passed away. Dan was a genius at inflatable structuires and inflatable wings and had made about 3 deisgns, this aircraft was his most successful and made hop flights inside one of the 2 the huge airship hangers at Cardington.
