Thank you. I love the Disney loungefly backpacks but I wasn’t sure what it would fit. I have an IPad, a phone and a good size wallet that would have to go in. I normally bring my own food for lunch as well with a a drink so I can see that it probably won’t be big enough. You must have an IPad mini because most IPads are at least 11 inches if not bigger, so thank for this this helps a lot, even if it means now knowing that a loungefly won’t work.

You might remember I asked you about sequin backpacks...I received the red sequin backpack and I love it!
I was wondering if you could advise on something else: I have been searching for the Yzma cat emporer's new groove backpack and the only place I can find it is Mercari. Given that it is an "older" bag, what would you suggest would be a fair price? This would be the first backpack that I am trying to get that isn't on retail websites so I am not sure how much is too much 🤔

Hmm... So that's definitely a harder to get bag and people are marking it up quite a bit on selling sites. I'm seen it listed for as high as a few hundred dollars 😬For me, anything above $100 or so is too high for me. But for some people, they'll pay exorbitant price for their "grails", whatever they feel it's worth to them. In your case with this bag, I'd say depending on how much you want the bag, $100-200 range will be the norm of what it'll go for.

I understand, these new super high reseller prices started right around when quarantine did. I used to never see them be sold so high. Since that backpack is a recent BoxLunch exclusive too, I would definitely advise keeping an eye on their website as they've been restocking old designs here and there!
I was wondering about that because I have seen some old stuff come back which works out great for new collectors...I already stalk the box lunch website daily so hopefully, if it does come back, I will see it before it is gone!

Do you have a video comparing what the difference between the mini and the “backpack” that are listed on hot topic that don’t identify as a mini backpack and/or the slouch backpack? I really want to get one before my trip to Disney in September and there are some listed as minis and some just listed as a backpack and I’d love to see a size difference!
Unfortunately I don't have any of the other backpacks to do a comparison video, but I'm guessing you're looking at the full sized backpack since they aren't listed as "mini". The ones I've seen in stores look to be around the same as normal sized backpack. I suggest checking the measurements they show in the description of the ones you're looking at :)

I’m new to these bags and would like to order them as gifts. Watching reviews online it is difficult to get a sense of the true size and most people don’t mention dimensions. Are there any sizes larger than a mini?
The minis are their main product, so you'll mostly find those, but there are a few that are larger, you mainly have to keep an eye on the dimensions given to see which are actually larger. I will say that the ones with the triple front pocket are most likely to be larger (not all, but many of them are, again, gotta check dimensions, I make that mistake all the time).
Is the mini you showed (the meeko) like the same minis you find on hot topic? Trying to buy one for my daughter to surprise her with a Disney trip and we only have 1 we bought in Disney in Nov and i have no idea what size it is 😂
Hello! The one you bought from Disney is most likely similar in size to the Iron Spider-Man bag (that's the most common size). The Meeko bag is a micro mini, which is pretty tiny and only a few bags were made in that size. May I ask which bag you got?
Hi I have a question can boys have lounge flies mini backpacks because I want to get the 101 Dalmatian one and I already know which one to pick but I don't know if I should get one what do you think and to do you have that one 101 Dalmatian one word three of them are playing on the bottom one of them has a red balloon I need more details on that one I'm going to get it

What do you think of a micro bags for a 2 year old? He’s only have a Mini Tablet - sippy cup - a few snacks maybe a toy lol
I want to get my son one for his 2nd birthday but not sure if the straps would adjust that small? 😊
I would say the micro mini would be good for just the sippy cup and snacks, probably too small to fit the mini tablet as it really only fits up to a large phone. If the straps are too long, I've seen people use zip ties very effectively to shorten backpack straps to fit small kids :)
How do you determine the big from the little?? Looking for one of the larger ones that fit an adult!
Definitely make sure to check the listings for measurements. Unless you're buying from a second hand site such as ebay or Mercari, retailers will usually have the measurements in the description. Most marked as "mini backpack" will be roughly the size of the Iron Spider-Man bag shown in the video. Loungefly does sell full sized backpacks, and they're easier to see as they are shaped like normal school style backpacks.

So, will a regular size mini loungefly hold a Nintendo switch? I found a sleeping beauty mini and I'm hoping it can hold a regular switch for my daughter for Christmas. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
I know we already spoke, but I will still answer here in case anyone else has the same questions :)
Unfortunately we don't have the Switch anymore to do an actual test, but the normal minis are usually around 10" tall, the Switch is around 9.5" so I believe it will JUST about fit at an angle.
So would the spider-man backpack fit a 10.5inch Ipad Pro? Wanna get one for my new college year !
The Spider-man one is about 10.5" tall, but with the curved top, you wouldn't be able to fully close it with an ipad inside.
Whats the size of the mini ones? I want one but I’m not sure how big they are in comparison with the micro mini
The most common mini backpacks are usually 9”W x 10”H x 4.5”D. There are not many micro minis and they are about the height of a cell phone.
The normal minis actually do fit a standard 32 oz hydroflask

Would it fit an ipad air 4?
I believe the bigger minis would be able to hold it, but the regular sized minis won't be able to fully close.
Why are they all different sizes?
Makes it so confusing, I am looking for a bag for a present and need one at least 16inches high as anything less seems too small
They try to cater to different preferences with the different sizes, but I do agree that it can get confusing, you have to pay attention to the measurements when you buy.
Unfortunately a mini backpack would probably not fit your needs if you need something around 16 inches tall. Even my largest minis are only around 12"-ish. You'll have better luck with the full sized, nylon backpacks.
I have an UP and Meeko mini backpack that are original size but just got a stitch crate that's bigger
I got the newer Meeko that's regular mini backpack size too! He's super cute.

Do you ever use the bags as everyday purse?
Yes I do! They're easier on my back and shoulders than purses as they distribute the weight more evenly.
Where do you get your bags from
I get them all over the place, but BoxLunch is a go to, and Loungefly themselves of course. They also have a bunch of small retailers that they partner with.

Based on those measurements, that's the size of the average mini backpack, so use the Iron Spider-Man as the size reference :)
