The first 2 cans should be slid forward before you start stacking on top of them. This will prevent the stack from tipping or getting a no vend or double vend on the first cycle. They should never be back further than the back spacer.
Thanks for the input. I'll take a closer look the next time around. All I can say is in 4 years, and going through about 100 cans/week (I know, not too much, we just have a small mom & pop motel/resort), I have not had a single can jam. Only problem I've had is with kids putting pennies in, which usually spit out but occasionally get stuck.

This was especially helpful to me as I have a DN 368 MC like in this video.
Only problem I have anymore is when a can gets jammed but the motor keeps trying to move and I wonder if I wasn't around or noticed the jam, if the motor would burn out.
I do like your method of butt-to-butt for stocking though, I should try that.

So far, in 5 years no jam ups in this machine. We have it at our Motel and go through a fair amount of drinks. I'd say, look more into why your machine is jamming as well. Definately try the but to but method! THANKS FOR WATCHING!
Can u add bill acceptor on this machine
Thats a bit beyond me, however, I've seen setups where a bill acceptor was retrofitted on to the side of the machine.

For some reason my machine rotates the cams when the flappers are engaged so I can't fill my machine 😢

Nice video, i have a similar vending a old dixie narco and i got this problem that when i select one flavor cames out another that i did not select
When i test every slot with a dolar work fine the fisrt 3 selection ,when touch the 4 one y throw the 3 slot flavor and then every single slot start doing the same evan the first 2 tha were fine

Yes, you “could” put smaller cans, im guessing your talking about the half size cans? yes, but you’d need to replace the dispense mechanisms with ones designed for the shorter can, otherwise, to put it simply, your going to dispense multiple cans or have jam up’s each dispense.
How many cans does the machine hold
I never took an "exact" count. But just some napkin math, each dual-row holder can take AT LEAST 48 cans each, and their are 4 of those, so thats 192 + 4 single row slots that hold AT LEAST 24 cans each, so thats 96 cans, so 192+96 = 288 cans, and I know I can squeeze in more than that, so lets say at least 300 can's fully loaded.
