We went by the convention, tradition, and norms...' the Cabinet Minister discusses the Protem Speaker controversy during his conversation with Navika Kumar. 'When he (RaGa) talked about switching off his mic, Speaker repeatedly reminded him that the switch is automatically managed. Whenever the Chair calls someone's name, the mic automatically turns on.
