1. You shift the Gear very bad
2. Your engine is not set ( air mixture screw)

1. Why is that? The "clonk" is pretty normal also the clutch seperates very well... But if you could give me some advice instead of just criticise it would help me a lot ;)
2. I know, stationary rpm is a bit high i think she's running too rich... When i got some time I'll maybe try to improve it
But it's been like that for the last 24k kilometers and i never had a problem with it.
