We have 3 hobby shops close to us and all they carry is traxxas parts. So if you have any other r/c than traxxas you are ordering parts😎
I have one its so much fun never thought an rc car would be so durable as well as provide so many extra features 😊
I'm constantly impressed with the quality of some of the lesser known brands from the RC industry. Yeah, Traxxas makes good stuff but so do other manufacturers. I just got an F150 Raptor from Traction Hobby and it's amazing to me just how well made is this RC. It's licensed by Ford and super scale accurate in every respect and yet it's completely bashable. A youtuber ran his off a cliff and the truck survived without any breakage. Anyway, it's always good to see reviews of RC's from outside the main stream. Looking forward to the next update.

To be honest no just because i already own the traxxas e revo 1/16 vxl

I bought one a year ago. Mine has a plastic steering servo arm. Stripped the first time out. Waited 3 weeks for a new one and that one stripped again. I had some old RC parts and used a metal arm I had and fixed the problem. Then the motor seized! They sent another one no problem. And now one of the rear diffs may be broken. Seems like they upgraded a lot in the year since I got mine so hopefully yours is better!

I've had awesome luck with all my Hosim trucks, wish an aftermarket company would make some upgraded parts like m2c. On the plus side Hosim has an awesome customer service and no questions asked about parts replacement. One of my favourite companies.

Parts availability is a the biggest issue amongst the big hobby people. We tend to customize more and replace parts more then your average hobbyist.. also looks to toy grade for me. I would never get this , even Traxxas is way better
I will say for the price it does look pretty good for a beginner or young kid..
good opinion. we never claimed for it to be the worlds best RC.

the reason for no air time is because of the power deficit. just not enough wheels speed to get going

Can you get aftermarket parts for these rigs?
theres probably not a large aftermarket for these cars, but many existing parts for other cars like tires and things could fit in it
Don't get too excited about this car. I really liked it from early videos and bought it a year ago or so. It has a few issues, though: The motor is too small for a car this size, so it gets really hot to an extent that for some CZcamsr it even dissolved itself internally. The differentials are also too small as they are taken out of 1:14 or 1:16 size models. I have shredded a few of them already without driving recklessly. At least in earlier versions, the ESC just blocked the gears and wheels instantly when just half-way loosing the speed trigger. That both made in-air control impossible and killed the diffs. Also, I got it to 52 kmh / 32 mph only with (not included) 3S batteries (which again are hard on the drivetrain).

Don’t upgrade the tires..or if you do go 1/12 1/14 ..aftermarket 1/10 mt tires well eat the diff’s up ran threw 3set front and rear

To put it short, when someone is bashing, it simply means that someone is enjoying their RC with pure fun instead of racing in their mind.

I would agree. it does have a toy grade look. we changed the tires and plan on getting their high output motor for it to make it even cooler

@@3X7Outdoor well after it came out of the box seems all screws were left loose on the shocks and I got tired of having to tighten things up. Might have been once in shot in the dark but yes for a kids first basher or getting into the hobby sure but I’m old school.
