Just bought mine to replace an acoustic baby grand. I originally wanted to upgrade it with a piano disk or another type of player. Thank god i didn't do that, since those are all antiquated. The new digital pianos have unbelievable sound. This is an entry level digital but of a high quality sound and feel and wow, does it sound amazing. Playing it feels like an acoustic piano. I got this because my daughter is starting lessons and she was clanging on it throughout the day. Now i can just lower the volume and the yamahas have the acoustic dynamic player which ensure you can hear all the keys even in the lowest audio setting. And for me, i usually like playing after the kids go to sleep, so now, with the volume on low or with a headset, i don't disturb anyone. So glad i got this.
